[14341] www.kitchenshop.com - fraud on purchase

on 02-25-2010 i purchased a 16 ps dinnerware set made by Sengware.Never recieved any confirmation number,no email's to give me any ability to track my purchase.Also their contact ph# (913 428=2511) is no good.My Visa acct was charged for $89.90 on 02-25-2010.Sent email tdy,and still no response.Am contacting Oregons attny generals office and filing a complaint with them if no response from Kitchenshop.com in Prairie Valley.KS. advise anyone wanting dishware to Totaly avoid these dirtbags.
