[1015] Both - Cancelled My Service

I called to complain because they raised the price 45%. I asked to speak to someone in the billing department. From there I asked to speak to a manager. While talking with her the called was dropped. Three days later they cancelled my account because they said I was talking to someone in the cancellation department when the call was dropped. HELLO they have my email address, my phone #, my home address and they didn't try to contact me. Instead choose to just cancel my service. When I called to reactavate they tried to charge me even more $$$. There customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
