Sent to a friend[1009] WALMART Anaheim CA - No HELP
First of all, I am not the type that likes to get all bent out of shape, but this evening was very bad. My wife and I decided to go to a Walmart store in Anaheim, CA and asked for help for a patio set. No problem, the Garden associate was very helpful, yet we needed help taking down a box that was up on a shelf. A call out went out for a team left, thirty minutes later no one had shown up and both myself and the associate were upset. I approached a second associate to contact a store manager, no response the associate stated that the store manager was not available. Some help, bad customer service on behalf of the manager and his assistant. Anaheim Store # 2242, incident dated June 30, 2008 evening. I won't be going there anymore.Posted 6 months ago

- Hey fellow friend I know how you feel. My daughter and I were treated rudely in Mcdonough Georgia at store # 3201 about a tire problem. You can go on here and read what happend to me. I am like you I wont use walmart again. I used to spend a lot of money but I wont any more. I will pay double before I shop there again. Well good luck next time I guess we will have to shop K-MART.....
Posted 6 months agoReport - Don't know if it will make any difference or anything, However, we are going to contact Walmart's corporate office and make them aware that we have received numerous complaints about their poor customer service.... We'll keep you posted on what they tell us..
