Sears has a customer service department called One Source - it is staffed by incompetent people who could care less and do not have to answer to anyone above them. I am not sure what Sears is thinking but if their intention is to torture their customers, One Source is the ticket! If you ever get this resolved, take your business elsewhere. Sears is no longer in the customer satisfaction business.
