BBB isn't going to do anything. As a matter of fact, Companies don't care anymore about BBB complaints. BBB complaints can't be read or anything by others. Word of mouth goes a long way in peoples mind. A Complaint about sears here willl go further than at the BBB.

Honestly, Where is this sears located? - Who runs this sears? - Add these things to this complaint and they'll probably contact you begging you to have your refrig. repaired. Better yet, call them and tape them (check with local laws for your state first) But ask them about your refridge and it's warranty. Then tell them you don't wont another refridge - you just expect them to fulfill their agreement on the one you got. Record their answers and post it on the internet. See how long it takes them to change their mind =)
