Sent to a friend One good thing about interest rates falling, I was able to switch from Vanderbuilt mortgage to a different bank. Vanderbuilt mortgage ripped me off when I was buying through oakwood homes. I put a down payment on the home - then when it come time to move into the home, My interest rate at Vanderbuilt mortgage had went up 2 percent!Posted 2 months ago
