I am Michael´s Attorney in Costa Rica.
Yes, we are submitting criminal charges against Alfredo Alfaro, Nick Cocoozas partner here, because he used a limited power of attorney to transfer illegally Michael´s properties in Jaco to one of their corporations.
I traveled to USA at the end of November last year to try to get a amicable settlement, but they didn´t even answer my phone calls. Civil and criminal courts in Costa Rica will determine they are crooks in this matter.
Due to professional relationship with Michael my client, I can not disclose more details at this time, though the lawsuit and criminal charges will be recorded at the National Registry in the near future.

When a buyer is to build in CRica, a power of attorney is processed, allowing the buyer to get a survey, then a building permit... Alfredo Alfaro, and Nick Cocoozas (who listed this slander) used the power of attorney to steal more land than the acres they were allotted, and committed a felony both in CRica and the US...this CRica attorney has filed with a CRica federal prosecutor, where the above parties are now in the process of being indicted......Michael Leu flew the attorney to his home in Ohio, and this legal process is now in effect....the fraudulent buyer, in a panic attack knowing he will end up in prison, seems to have attempted an online statement to discredit Michael.
On Michael's auctions, are the links to view his legal ownership at the National Registry in CRica, being that federal govt. agency...stricter than the US, the federal govt. itself checks for clear ownership in Costa Rica, before will record....both criminal suits and civil suits are being filed by attorney Eloy Alfaro against the messenger of this slander. Sent to a friend I am Michael Leu, USA Land Invest.com, Inc. and below is my attorney noting this person making this slander about me, and why he is uptight now, as he has committed a felony, and is being indicted in CRica and New Jersey for fraud in taking land in CRica from me.I am Michael´s Attorney in Costa Rica.
