The SAME thing happened to me in October with my Newport News Credit Card account under the umbrella of GE Money - they have screwed me out of hundreds of dollars and will not refund the points I earned on my paypal card after erroneously closed my account. I intend to get legal assistance. I will repost and you can join me!
