How could you be so stupid? How could you have won a foriegn lottery you didn't even enter? You got duped and are lucky you are not in jail for passing a bad check. They don't care where you got the check because you caould have made that story up trying to make yourself look like a victim. If you are ever so inclined to deposit another check you get for "free." Wait 60 to 90 days before withdrawing against it or sending anyone any "tax" money for it. You wouldn't be in this mess and even so, they so called lottery probably wouldn't contact you anyway wondering where thier tax money was. Why didn't you just tell em to take it out of your lottery "winnnigs" before they sent the check?
