Bought a refrigerator in Yorktown, NY delivery date 8/7/07. Refrigerator went down on the 29th, came back to life and lived to 8-30-08= called on my 3 yr warranty, cannot come before 9-15-08, Answer from the protection agreement dept said to use a camp cooler for two weeks- imagine that. I takes the wind right out of your sails- I could have done just as well with some one on the street. naturaly I won't get to the CEO tomorrow, Monday but I will try. Has anyone ever taken them to small calaims court? RPV. in Buchanan, NY.
