This just happened to me also. First they charged $1.00 to credit card and then sent an email saying I would be charge $19.95 A MONTH for being a member and that I agreed to that!!! The phone number listed in the email to cancel membership always was busy. After 20 phone calls they agreed to cancel my membership and told me that today they had charged my account $9.95 plus the $1.00. I told them I could have purchased the DVD off of Ebay or Amazon for that price and I would be contacting my credit card company and told the guy on the phone he worked for a crooked company who scammed me.
