I have been charged $89.98 on my Visa Card form DRI*Symantec www.myord MN. The software did not download properly and offers no protection. The previous purchase of 360 has now expired and I have not been able to resolve this issue since May 11. i would like credit or something that works. My email address is tracymercer @yahoo.com
