Sent to a friend Bought a new Whirlpool washer and dryer ($1688) from Sears on May 13, 2008. Washer vibration is beyond belief. This is even how a "technician" from Sears described it. He said the front loader only has 3 shocks on the motor & all of them have 4 shocks. Today is July 7, 2008 and I still do not have a new washer. No one seems to know what they are doing. Must say the only ones trying to help me are women. The men are idiots and treat me like I am less than human. New washer was delivered on July 1 but it was damaged. Supposed to deliver one today but no one showed up. Where do we turn next? I have notes on all of the calls and it is starting to look like a novel with no results. Can anyone help?
