Sent to a friend[999] office depot - customer service stinks
Office Depots customer service is a big fat joke. Their customer service reps r all rude. The managers will always them up. Your the idiot and their employees r always right. (even though i work for an attorney and they answer phones all day) HA! I was never offered any apologies or remedies for their continuous inconveniences. Late delivery, rude reps, no confirmation of fax orders, wrong items delivered, the list goes on. So, anyone reading this that can refer me to a customer friendly office supply company who will deliver and receive faxed orders. Please e-mail wds01@consolidated.net.Posted 5 months ago

- You are right on. I bought a printer for $500.00 plus the $100.00 protection plan. I had problems from the very first day. I was in touch with HP from the 2nd day. Before 30 days I decided I fought this thing enough and went to take it back. They said too bad. I had to bring it back within 14 days. I have been back and forth with HP and Office depot and spent hours on the phone to no avail. They are back east so when I have time at lunch to call they are closing for the day and too bad call tomorrow. This has been so frustrating. I spent 2 1/2 hours being hung up on and rudely spoken to yesterday I am ready to throw the printer through Office Depots window. Don't buy there. They do not stand behind their products. and 14 day is ridicules.
