Sent to a friend I never came up short before. they could not prove I were short. when it wrer time for me to receive my last check, the check were open,(which is illegally, signed by someone, and cashed to cover the money they claimed Iwere short.) the manager name is ANGEL,TOSHA,AND SHEILIA. THE OWNER NAME IS DAVID POWELL. THIS MCDONALDS IS LOCATED IN CHARLOTTE ON BOYER STREET.Posted 2 months ago

Why don't you take your check or tax statment that comes with a pay check to your local D.A. office and make a formal complaint. Your most likely going to get fired.
Better to do this sooner then later. Or the D.A. office might question why you waited so long to file a complaint. They may feel you made it all up. Or not, I can't speak or think for others. Just be honest and do it asap.

Posted 2 months agoReport - They cannot take money from your payroll check if your register was short. Contact your local labor board. And then I would get an attorney. For someone else signing your paycheck that is forgery. And how many people were in your register? You have a case.
