Sent to a friend[8735] Dazzelwhite/whitebrite - used creditcards?fraud
Whitebrite and Dazzle white said they would send trial offer and they have sent $88.97 and $58.76 worth of more product when I cannot use it. Dazzlewhite even charged me twice in one month on my credit card, which my card fraud department thought this a little odd. I have told the post office to refuse any further packages and I have sent the products that ii have never opened back for full refund. This needs to be looked into by the Attorney Generals Office as there are alot of people being ripped off by this company.Posted 1 year ago

Posted 1 year agoReport - I have just encountered a similar issue with this very company. After speaking with my bank and finding out (on the second call to the bank) that they have had numerous complaints and issues with this company, that my credit/debit card would have to be closed and re-issued to prevent them from having further access to my account.
Further, upon issuing and speaking with another person. I am being told that there is nothing that can be done due to them having posted in their "Terms and Agreement" that they will post a holding to your account. My biggest issue with this is that the Terms state that $58.76 will be withheld, not 59.95 .. so there in fact is a fraudulent statement!!!
I feel like a complete idiot having not researched this further before contacting them. Lesson learned and I pray they get their just rewards of a swift kick in the ass with a hefty fine and such for causing so much drama for everyone that was as naive as myself.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Like a dummy, I believed their ad and ordered Easywhite and Dazzlewhite. It was supposed to be a free trial but sure wasn't! They charged my card $78.30. I called my credit card company and they took the charges off (Visa, great company). Pretty soon I started getting product from an Advanced Wellness Research and they started charging my card on 7/1 for $80.50 and again on 7/16 for $85.59 plus the shipping. I never ordered anything from them. Don't even know who they are. They must have gotten my card number from Easywhite or Dazzlewhite. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES. I think they are all in cahoots together.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I ordered from them, but thankfully I orderd on a pre paid visa gift card,so they wont be abel to keep billing me. did enyone find that the product worked?
Posted 1 year agoReport - DAZZLEWHITE IS A SCAM! IT IS NOT A "FREE TRIAL". IT IS AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE, BUY FROM YOUR LOCAL STORE INSTEAD!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too got ripped off by misleading trial offer from dazzelwhite and dentech. will never use them pass the word along
Posted 1 year agoReport - I never authorized you to send me any more than the amount in the initial introduction. Today I received 3 tubes of Dazzel Whitening Jell. THATS IT, DO NOT REPEAT NOT SEND ME ANY MORE of this or any other product. DO NOT BILL MY CREDIT CARD, I WILL NOT MAY after August 12, 2009. charge of $58.00. Don't try to swindle me further!! Posted 1 year agoReport - I too supposedly received a free 14 day trial for 4.95 but just got my visa bill and on it was a charge for 58.76 which I didn't authorize, so I contacted visa and they are going to dispute this charge and also close out my account so this company can't charge me anymore and they will send me new cards with a new account number.
Posted 1 year agoReport - My recently-deceased aunt had signed up for this. We found *six* unopened bottles of the product in her apartment. The month after her death, when we began receiving her bank statements -- and after the bank told us they had stopped the credit card -- I found a charge of $83.80. Called and tried to cancel, but on the following month's statement there were TWO $83.80 charges. We have now canceled the card directly with VISA (and cautioned the bank) but I don't think this is over...
Posted 1 year agoReport - I have also been ripped-off. I live in Australia and applied for the $18.75 SAMPLE. I received sample this was in July and today I have an entry in my visa card for $71.00 from Teethwhite - another branch I suppose of Dazzlewhite!!!
I am furious about this and reported it to the bank! Please alert as many people as possible regarding this SWINDLE.

Posted 1 year agoReport - Dazzlewhite lured me into giving my credit card for the one time trial. I have attempted to stop receiving product, can't get them to stop delivery and they keep charging my account over $50.00 every month. They should go to jail for FRAUD. I finally changed my credit card so they could no longer deduct moneh. I have sent a note to the State AG to explore charges
