Sent to a friend Diop Kamau and Greg Slate ( Greg Slate registered the nonprofit called the Police Complaint Center in Alabama ) They run a scam rip off on the internet called the Police Complaint Center at policeabuse.com. They go to police stations or call the police and harass them to try to get them to say or do something they can put on video and use against the police in court and they also put the videos on YouTube and their website and the internet so real victims of the police and police abuse will see the videos and contact them. Diop or Greg or one of their con men will tell the victim that they can help them for a fee, sometimes in the thousands of dollars and then they take the money and they never get back to you until they say they need more money. They never do any work to help you they just sucker you into giving them money and then if you try to get your money back they tell you they will use all of the information you gave them about you case in a court of law against you and you will never win. They are criminals and crooks and con men running an internet scam to rip off suckers who think they are going to help them with their police abuse problem. What they really do is make you a victim for the second time after you have already been a victim of the police. Diop Kamau aka Don Johnson is an ex cop who knows the game and how to work the system to take advantage of people who have been a victim of the police. He and his con men need to be stopped. Report them to the FBI and your local police when you see them. If you ask for your money back and you tell them you are going to the police they will threaten you. They are dangerous criminals who need to be locked up. They make their web site look like they are for real, it is a slick job but they have not done anything but scam people. They will trick you and lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. They will sucker you over and over until they can not get any more money out of you. The best thing to do is report them to the police and FBI and stop talking to them. Like I say they are slick con men and as long as you are foolish enough to talk to them they will scam you and rip you off as long as they can. They even scam the police.Posted 1 year ago

Posted 1 year agoReport - This is Diop Kamau folks. I will be monitoring this thread to determine what action to take. I have already talked to Cheryl Snow. If you have complaints about the investigation of your complaint please contact our attorney a legal@policeabuse.com.
We are posting our response to Ms. Snow on our main page next month. Our visitors can measure her story and credibilty for themselves. Good luch with your group.

Posted 1 year agoReport - Please file a formal complaint with iC3 on the web (federal law enforcement) ASAP! It's secure, private, and you'll be given a code # that will allow to to change or add information to your complaint at any time, but it's critical that you get something filed quickly. Federal law enforcement says they go by number of victims and dollar amount of losses when they decide who to go after, and it's becoming clear this guy and his associates have a LOT of victims, many of whom are scared to come forward (because they get threatened, harassed, and have their personal information like their SS#s given out illegally when they do). As the previous commentor says, we have a group of victims from coast to coast (literally--about 10 different states now!) who are banding together to compare stories, file more effective complaints, and try to protect others. If you do some web searches, I think you'll find us, and we really want to hear from you.
You should also consider immediately filing a consumer fraud complaint with the Washington, D.C. attorney general's office (since Kamau's company uses an address there as their official one), and it's a good idea to also file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Right now, we are trying to get someone in the media or law enforcement to set up a secure website or phone line where victims of Kamau, Slate, and the PCC can go to safely register. If the media's not interested, they should be, because there's a HUGE story here.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Diop Kamau I still have not received the refund that you promised. You have made many promises via email but never complied with any of them. How do you explain this? You still have not refunded me $2844.00 that you owe me. You cannot discredit me because I have facts that in my opinion, constitute fraud. Is this the legacy you are leaving for your kids? Shame on you.
On your website, you try to discredit me, but the public sees through your distortions. You took my money without even signing a contract. If that is not fraud in my opinion, I do not know what is? In my opnion, you somehow feel you are exempt from the law, however, this is a nation of laws and you are not exempt. You charged me via a wire transfer and then you mailed me two defective cameras and charged me $600 dollars for one of them. Why didn' t you include that in your website posting???
Once you realized that you did not perform the services that I hired you for in March 2008, you tried to get your victims advocate to get me to sign a power of attorney after my business relationship was terminated with you, to enable your victims advocate to go back and complete the job that was not done such as filing matters with agencies, but I refused to sign this emailed power of attorney form, because I do not trust your company nor do I trust you and I instead requested that you send me back my $2844.00 that I gave you, but you refused. All this is in email form. If you deny it, you will be committing perjury.
I also would like to say that I am requesting that you stop publishing false information and diagnosis of me which are not true. If anyone has a psychological problem its you. You are nice to me when you wanted my money, but once you exhausted my financial resources, that is when you start changing and acting evasive when I ask you about what you did in my case. You charged me without sending me any receipts and told me in November 2008 that you would be sending me a billing invoice and statement of accounting but it is today August 25, 2009 and I have not received neither of these forms. What have you got to hide?
You did not do any video surveyllance of my development as your posting about me indicates. You need to stop lying to people. None of your investigators even saw me or came to my house. My parents can attest to this. The equipment you gave me were both defective. You know that, as your emails prove. I still have your beat up camera and I will not give it back until I get a full refund. I told you that. I do not know why you are lying to the public. You send me a full refund and you will get back your camera.
As far as posting my intellectual property on your website, I am preparing to take legal action in federal courts once I file for a copyright, if you do not remove this from your website, you will be subject to federal laws and an injunction order.
In regards to your accusation that you talked to my parents about an alleged psychological condition. There is none. You are going on false information. I have letters of recommendations, from credible University professors who can attest to your false unprofessional diagnosis. You are not a psychologist to make any diagnosis, so your professional opinion in this regard, is not credible and not true. You cannot be both a psychologist and an private investigator.
When someone reports fraud that you allegedly committed, you go after their character rather than address the allegations. That is not professional. That makes you look like you are trying to hide the truth. People are not stupid Kamau.
Now with regard to the legal matter you posted, both officers were subsequently convicted of official misconduct. I am not guilty in the matter. You know nothing about the case. A judge already admitted in subsequent appellate transcripts that the matter is wrongful and unconstitutional. I have the transcripts available if you need them. The matter represents an error and an injustice, which is being taken care of.
I remember your company representative called me to disclose information on my files and she mentioned that I was a chef. There is no way she would have known that I was a cook unless someone in the development looked in my terrace window. I am wondering if you have someone looking into my building. How would you have known that I cook, if I never told you this.

Posted 1 year agoReport - This is Cheryl Snow. It is my opinion that Diop Kamau is not to be trusted. He will lie to you and about you, then make claims that are not true.
It is my opinion that you should avoid dealing with him, his company (the Police Complaint center @ Policeabuse.com). I believe that he may head up another organization called the Center in tallahasee, but am not sure.
For the record, he did not talk to me. He seems to be spending a great deal of time trying to discredit me.
Take note, you may be next if you do business with him.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Potential customer beware, if you hire the Police Complaint Center and file complaints about their services, Diop Kamau has been known to publish the personal information he has about you on line along with lies about you. I recommend seeking assistance elsewhere.
