Sent to a friend I orderd a "Free Trial" with a $5.95 shipping fee for this Acai product. My product did not arrive so I cancelled the product by phone and received a confirmation that it was cancelled on May 26/09.Weeks later I received the trail and another bottle of the product. I refused the non trail product and it was returned to the manufacturer.
A week late another product arrived wihich I also refused.
Inspite of writing to them, email them about 5 times and two phone calls, they still billed my credit card on twice for $191.73 total. Not only that but they bill these charges under two different names PURE-G-HEALTH and HEALTH-ESTORES. They did not inform me that they were going to bill under the PURE-G-HEALTH and I had to research to find out what the company was.
They ignor the communication in the emails and letters and just keep saying that they are sending more product or offer a discount due to non delivery.
This is a company based in Ontario, which supposidly produce the product there and then ship it to China to have it packaged and delivered to the consumer. This was what I was told anyway.
They just keep billing your card, ignoring your request to cancel and communications to cancell and wasting time so they can continue to bill your card.
I have blocked my Credit Card for now and am sending all email and other communications to my Credit Card Company to see if they can collect.
As I did not receive the product for over two months from the time I orderd it, and cancelled before any of the product arrived, I may have a hope in hell.
However, it would be great to stop these people from ripping off others.
And by the way, you can buy this product in Canada at most Health Stores for about $20.00 and they charge almost $100.00 for the small bottle.
God, I will never order anyting off the internet again.
This sucks for the legitament companies out there.

- I have had the very same problem with the same companies and their affiliates, I am cancelling my credit card and i agree with you as i will never order anything online again unless i can use paypal or a secure site. Something must be done to stop these businesses, I am €300 (Euro) poorer and am dealing with a credit card company that are very unsympathic (MBNA).

Posted 7 months agoReport - I also had the same problems with billing and not receiving the product. I cancelled my debit card and requested a reserval of the charges. The product finally arrived months later from an unlabel address in Fl. I mailed it back return receipt which was never signed for. I'm not sure if they tried to bill me again but the card was closed.
Posted 3 months agoReport - I also tried the Acai berry and they just billed me for $133.95. I did cancel before my 14 days was up back in August 2009 and just got the bill on 3/1/10 They tried to charge my card but its closed so they got nothing. They are as going under the name of Healthy Online Services. This was not the name of it when I order last year. I was told that i did cancel but I didnt send the remainer of the pills back that I had, I was not told that when I called.877-537-2434 is their number they are total rip-offs
