Sent to a friend[8137] Pure Nutrients in NY - Trapped into Membership
I ordered off the web a free colon cleanse plus weight loss vitamins for S&H only. Please watch the small print regarding membership. I was charged $88.00 for a one month supply. I immediately cancelled my so called membership but am out the $88.00. They will credit me the $88.00. I don't even know if this stuff works, I haven't even had time to try it. But if this is the way they operate I might just throw this stuff out.Beware - I'm out $88.00.

Posted 1 year agoReport - Just happened to me too! Looked at my CC statement and couldn't believe my eyes $89 for a free order! Same story - no phone number was given to me to contact billing dept. Ordered on 6/11/09, got it on 6/18/09 and charged $89 on 6/26/09 -they do work fast :) (talking about charging your credit card). The CLEANSE stuff absolutely a waste of time - no effect what so ever. STAY AWAY from "FREE" order.

Posted 1 year agoReport - I was an unfortunate victim of this consumer scam as well. This "company", if they can even call themselves that, has no interest in servicing their customers. Their business is scamming. Please do not buy ANYTHING from them. They are the most unhelpful, ignorant bunch of people I've ever done business with. Unbelieveable. I told them I do not want the product - it doesn't work - and they still charged $89 on my credit card. I'm notifying the better business bureau and encourage everyone else to do the same. DON'T do business with this sorry excuse of a business.
Posted 1 year agoReport - WOW I thought I was the only one that was having problems with this company. I asked for this companies billing dept. telephone number, they told me that they do not have telephones in their billing dept.????? WHAT??? DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a thing from this company!

Posted 1 year agoReport - Guilty, too. Ordered on 6/15 and received on 6/22. Tried it and it certainly did not work so on 6/29 called to cancel and was told my credit card was charged $88. Asked to speak to a manager was told I would have to wait 15 minutes to speak to one. Given an email address to request a refund, still no reply. What a rip-off!!! Plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
