I ordered from this company because my daughter and I are going to nursing school and we needed scrubs. this company claims several places that there shipping policy is as follows
Shipping

Products ordered usually ships in 1-3 days, and reaches to customer in 3-4 days . Embrioded/Screen Print/Tie N Die items will take 2 to 3 days more. (copy and pasted of there website)
It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order I was told I can not cancel because of their policy :Order Cancellations

We apologize, but we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed due to the speed in which our warehouse processes orders. We are happy to accept your return once you receive your items. Please consult our return policy. The exception to this is if you are informed that you have items on back order. We will be happy to cancel any back order provided the items have not yet shipped. All cancellations require confirmation from our customer service department We must tell you that the order has been cancelled. Orders shipped and refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Orders which have already been submitted to our embroidery company cannot be canceled. Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers should follow our normal return procedures. Everytime I contact them they claim its was shipped but yet they can not provide me with the tracking number as stated from their site : Once your order ships, you will be emailed with a Tracking Number. You can use this number on courier website.Since orders take 1 to 2 business days to ship, you may not receive a tracking number for a few days after you order, especially if you order directly before, or during, a weekend. Please be patient. If you have not received a tracking number for more than 3 business days after you placed your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you get your number. 24 days and nothing don't order from them!!!!!!!!!!!

  • When somethings cheap and too good to be true, it usually is. It's been 9 days and so far, no scrubs! While I have no problems with Paskistan, the website is very miss leading giving the impression the company is shipping from the US. The 2-3 business days is bull! We will not be ordering from this company!

  • VERRY DISSATISFIED!!! Ordered from them and they sent the wrong size and will not exchange or refund. The quality of the scrubs are extremely poor! Plus it took them over 2 weeks to just process my order(that dosent include shipping time) I have filed a complaint with the BBB so I'll just have to wait and see how that turns out.

  • I sure wish I had read this earlier. I ordered two weeks ago, I got a new job that requires a specific color of scrubs. Their online 'live' chat is either a bot or someone whose primary language is not English, all the answers are so obviously from a script of some sort, and I simply cannot wait much longer. I suspect fraud, but have no idea how to proceed.

  • i am glad I read these reports. I talked to Bernard of RMF scrubs over the phone to asked if I can order scrubs that did not have their name tags. They advertised that over $350.00 of order the shipping will be free and they will give me the wholesale price. Bernard called me a week later and told me that I can order less than $350.00 and still give me free shipping and the wholesale price. So I ordered $137.00 worth of scrubs. I contacted them online to confirm the total of what I will pay. The customer service person said yes. BUT THE SENT ME THE ORDERS WITH THEIR NAME TAGS AND CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING. HOWEVER, I AM STILL GLAD I READ YOUR REORTS. I WAS ABOUT TO ORDER WORTH $ 450.00 DESPITE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. ONLY BECAUSE I HAD ORDERS FROM MY FRIENDS AND I CANNOT LOSE THE REPUTATION OF MY SMALL RETAIL STORE. THANK YOU FOR POSTING YOUR REPORT. I WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER.

  • DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased some shoes off the clearance section- stated shoes were originally $69.00 marked to $15.00 so I purchased them. Got shoes 1 1/2 week later to find out they were seriously miss represented. Stated they were nursing shoes- these shoes are crap- I tried to tighten shoe laces and they ripped thru several of the lace eyelets the material was so thin and cheap also no foot support. RMF said send them pictures of defective shoes but per policy no refund on clearence items- so why shoud I waste more of my time.

  • I ordered a few scrubs from them and was told they would take 8-13 days. I came back tonight from a 2 1/2 week trip and they are not delivered. I have a class tomorrow where scrubs are mandatory and have do not have any to wear to class. It seems they lie to everyone.

  • I ordered two weeks ago two white scrub tops for my clinicals and finally got them today... they are $100 polyester which is unwearable, much larger than the listed dimensions, and and they sewed "RMFSCRUBS" labels on it so I can't wear them !! and the stupid labels are all shitty sewed on the seams and when you call its stupud arrogant indians

    THIS IS A BIG TIME SCAM THEY SEND THE SCRUBS FROM PAKASTIAN I CALLED AND ASKED WERE MY ORDER WAS. AND THEN A FEW DAYS LATER GOT EMAIL FROM DHL SAYING THEY WERE STUCK IN CUSTOMS IN PAKASTIAN!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS THERE WAS NO RETURN ADDRESS AND CUSTOMS WAS WORRIED THAT I WAS A IMPORTER AND THEY WANTED MY SS# TO RELEASE IT --- SO DONT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WONT GET THEM FOR WEEKS AND ANOTHER THING I LOVE IT THE BIG AMERICAN FLAG BANNER ON THERE WEBSITE BUT THERE MADE IN PAKASTIAN I WONT EVER EVER EVER ORDER AGAIN

  • The number that I have for them is 1-800-284-4381.

    I ordered 1 week ago today, and I was told I should receive it within 2 to 3 business days. I called and spoke to someone and he said "sometime next week". No specific day, no specific time, nothing. Just "sometime next week". I kinda wish I had read this earlier. :(

  • I wish I had done more research on this prior to ordering...I have called and emailed and will probably not receive the order in time as it is already almost two weeks after the time they said the items would be delivered. Is anyone out there in the legal world look into this? We are a small school and cannot afford to be ripped off this way...it is a real shame!

  • they also said they have the best quality scrubs in the market, NOPE, not true, and they just dye them and then they fade easily and wrinkle too. I also experience everything that was said here. Also, if you order the personalized tags, there's no way you can return them plus they give you the el-cheapo fabric and the tie strings fray easily. BTW, when you chat with them, you can tell there's only one or 2 people running the business, but they make it sound like they have a marketing department.

  • I only wished I would of looked this up sooner . I called then a couple of days ago and email them asking them when can I expect my order, when I heard his voice I knew I had been had . I asked for a tracking number so I could see about when I could receive my order he said call back tomorrow you have them by need of the week. As I got off the phone I receive a email from them when I had email twos days befor I called them. I will be calling them today . and I also will be reporting them better business burea and also posting it all over facebook for so hopefully it spread like wild fire and shut them down. This fucking people taking our hard earn money..

  • This company is horrible if anyone has ordered anything from here cancel it there are so many other places. RMF is trying to take the money from a local Nursing Home in Yakima Washington were my wife works. They have taken our money and the money from other employees and now we are going to have to take them to court to get it back. The company is a huge scam

  • I ordered from them back in 2010, except it took 4 months over the summer for me to get my stuff.

    They ship from Pakistan, which is shady, in itself. However, they do take Paypal, so you're not exactly providing them your credit card into. After a month of waiting, I called, and talked to "Bernard," whom, mysteriously, has the same voice as "Leonard" in the Marketing and Shipping departments. I thought this to be very weird, so I filed 2 separate complaints with the BBB in New Jersey. NOT to my surprise, they've already had several complaints on this "company."

    By the time I got my order, I ripped open the plastic bags, and find the material to be of sh*tty quality. I washed them a handful of times, and the seams all fell apart after that point. For the $200 I spent and all the headaches and waiting, I should've just gone to a more prominent, American-based website, such as smartscrubs.com. Just saying.

    As of today, 05/17/2012, this company has 15 complaints on file with the BBB, and a C- rating. Additionally, they're not a registered business with the BBB.

    Take your money elsewhere.

  • I don't know what are u guys talking about. I live in Canada and ive been ordering my scub with them since December of last year. Yes it takes 2 to 3 weeks but I chose to be shipped that long to save me money. It's been great!! I can show u all my scrubs. It's very affordable and fashionable! I even recommended it to all my co-workers. There is no scam at all!!. But sorry about your luck!

  • I ordered scrubs for a Halloween costume for my 7 year old. What I got was the wrong color, wrong size and an opened package with no tags or size markings whatsoever. The quality was very poor also. Customer service was no help. They refused a return. Avoid this company.

  • Crappy company!!! I ordered 3 sets of royal blue scrubs. They were no where near the color swatch that was shown on their website. They were dark purple. They refused to give me refund or exchange. Don't buy from them!

  • I got nervous after not getting my promised tracking number and no answer from customer service, I goggled and stumbled across this and other pages. I will say, poor customer service for sure. But I did get my child size lab coat. Definitely not professional quality, but I wasn't looking for that. Personally, if its a full set of scrubs for such a cheap price, it seems to me you shouldn't have such high standards on quality. You get what you pay for people. I ended up with mine in a timely manner. They do mis-advertise when it comes to shipping I believe.

  • I would not use RMF Scrubs again.

    I ordered about 200 warm ups for now and the future for my large dental office, and they were satisfactory. Then I ordered 32 more and most of them were defective (the snaps were off). I contacted customer service and they told me that I would have to pay a shipping and a restocking fee in order for them to replace the defective warm ups (just about the same cost as new ones). That would basically mean I'd have to pay twice -- once for the defective warm ups and once for their replacements. I understand if I ordered the wrong color. That would have been my fault. But these were defective as shipped. It was clearly their fault.

    The guy started explaining that since they have such low prices, they could not replace the defective warm ups. I don't follow that logic. I purchased what were sold as usable warm ups; they sent unusable warm ups. Why does that mean they won't replace them?

    They then said they wanted pictures. I sent them pictures, which they claimed not to receive. Finally, they admitted that they received them, but then they said they wanted more pictures of the defective warm ups, which I sent. Agan they said they didn't receive them. So insent them again. Now they admit receiving the pictures but say they want more. RMF Scrubs have still not replaced them. I would not use this company again.

  • Rip off. It took me five weeks to get my scrubs. Every week they would say "it will be here next week" I finally got them and they were the wrong size and color. Wtf. Im gonna go through pay pal and see if I can get my money back.

  • This haz also happened to me! I called because it had been 3. Weeks since my order I had called them on the third and told them to cancel the order because my Pay Pal stated that it had not even been shipped. So I get an email the next day stating your order has been shipped here is your tracking number. mind you I had already called their voice machine at the RMS store and also had sent an email to not to send it because they had not already. They refused to give me a refund the only thing they told me that they would do post charge me for the shipping to for it to come here and the shipping for it to go back. My total order amount was 42.50 they tried to give me a refund of 2 dollars and 97 cents.... I am glad I went through Pay Pal because pay Pal said this is not a loud and they r refunding my money back onto my credit card! I got nowhere with R and ask by calling or email. They only wanted to argue and tell me why they could not help me. If anyone else has this happened to them call PayPal!!!
