Sent to a friend[5849] Gentle Dental Group - Over Prescibed Treatment and Abandonment
Initial evaluation by a dentist with this firm indicated no major problems and in fact complimented me on the condition of my teeth. Prior to release I was given an "optional" treatment plan not covered by insurance at an out of pocket cost of $200.00. When I called them to refuse the treatment and make an appointment for a cleaning only, they denied me future services and abandoned me as a patient. - I hope the person that wrote this will get this question. I have been going to Gentle Dental, it seems as if I have been given good advice and had good work done, I hope! Who was the dentist you used? I live in Gresham, OR and see a dentist with the last name Fuller at Gentle Dental there. I hope it isn't the same one you saw!!
