Sent to a friend[554] Office Max SUCKS - Consumer Complaint -
A close friend of mine worked at the office max in GR MI, she ended up running the copy max portion of the store, 60-65 hours a week. She revolutionalized the place, ran smooth. A new district manager came in and saw she wasn't doing things "Corporate" and was on her case for everything. She ended up printing off a page of something and forgot to pay for it. I belive her because she is a huge Christian and would never steel for purpose. she gets a write up, pays for the sheet of printed paper before she leaves for work and goes in the next day and they fire her for steeling. They PRESS CHARGES. In court the judge was confused.Judge: you fired her for steeling?
OM: Yes your honor
Judge: After she paid?
OM: Um, she didn't pay at the time of the write up, after she was punished she paid.
Judge: She paid?
OM: Yes.
Judge: she got fired after she paid?
OM: Um... Yeah
Judge: you got to be freekin kidding me. Case Dismissed
Never a' never shopping there agian.
It gets me in the mood to start bashing huge corp. and I don't feel like doing that tonight
