[5352] Chase - Breach of Contract $10 service fee

As of January 2009 I noticed a $10 Service Charge/*Finance Charge* on my statment I had a fixed promotional rate of 3.99% on further investigation I found I am not alone. Chase changed the terms of it s agreement in breach and is attempting to charge its customers so it can pay back the bailout it received from the very tax payer it received the bailout from. i called and the rep was rude and hung up on me when I told her as a consumer I had joined the class action lawsuit

  • Everybody really needs to consider moving away from Chase...
Maybe then they will get the message.
They refuse to work with their best paying customers. WHAT'S next $50 per month checking and savings account service charges. It could happen based on what they did to the credit card customer by unilaterally changing terms without an opt out option.
Contact Girard Gibbs LLP to join the lawsuit.
    Good luck everyone.
