Sent to a friend[482] Terrible new ebay feedback system -
Well I am writing in to complain about the HUGE drop in sales that has happened since eBay made its recent changes to the way items are matched up. I have a high DSR and am a power seller and I can't even find my own listings they way I used to before. I'm getting really fed up of things like this and I'm almost at the point of closing my ebay account because I can't afford these fees especially now with the drop in sales. I also see that other sellers are very angry and have posted on the forums. There are other auction sites that are becoming very popular among many in the ebay community and it has been suggested to me by other upset sellers to start selling on them especially with their low monthly fees and not other fees. Is ebay planning to rectify this mess they have now made with the system? I like eBay but I feel that your fees are all far to high! I know you just dropped listing fees but you have dramatically increased final value fees so really you are making it up at the opposite end. How rich is rich anyways? When will you really start being fair with us sellers in regards to fees, search placement in the search engine and even about store placements. Almost never can anyone even find my eBay store. I just want to see a whole lot more improvement and quick, at the very least, go back to how your search engine was functioning before so our sales can go up again!Posted 3 months ago
