[481] Terrible ebay sellers -

I never recieved an item, was instructed to file a police repot, which my city police officers said they don't do for ebay and then got neg. feedback. This "seller" only leaves feedback after you leave him a neg. He then tries to bully you into mutually withdrawing. I think this is B.S.
