[462] Pizza Hut Poor Service -

I ordered a pizza hut pizza the other night at 7:00pm, I was told that it would be ready in 25 minutes, when i got there, i learned that they hadn't even started making it. i was late for work as i work 3rd shift and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to get it ready. then the pizza tasted doey.

  • I ate in a pizzahut when they had the twenty minute guarantee. The waitress went off duty and no one would wait on us. The pizza came in 20.5 minutes and I asked fir a refund. The manager said twenty minutes isn't up till 21 minutes.
