Sent to a friend[4060] Advanced Wellness Research, Inc - Fraudulent charges
I, like many others orderd a 14-day free trial of Pure Acai Berry, with the terms that no charges would be made to the dcredit card during this period. They caharged my credit card $78.81. I spoke to a representative and was promised a refund, which I did not receive. Now, they are telling me the trial period has passed and they are charging me. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, The Miami, Fl. Chamber of Commerce, the Fl. State Attorny General's office, and even Rachel Ray and Oprah, who are used in the company's advertising. I would suggest anyone with the same problems with Advanced Wellness Research contact the above government agencies about the illegal practices.Posted 1 year ago

- I too have been scammed by these people. I received my free trial on Dec. 13th. I'm nursing and my Doctor advised me not to take the pills. I called on the 19th, 22nd and twice on the 26th to cancel - each time being told that the computers were down. On my second try on the 26th I asked to speak to a supervisor before they could give me an excuse not to talk to me. After an hour on the phone (never got to speak to a supervisor) I was told that the most they could refund me was $70 because of the foreign exchange rate (?) My credit card company will do a chargeback if my $78.81 is not refunded. I felt like I did trying to cancel my AOL account way back when!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too was scammed by this company. I am on the phone with them now and am being fed a bunch of bull. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I did get a $70 dollar refund to my credit card. I am still out about $11 ($8.81+ the foreign exchange fee). I guess I should be thankful that I got anything from them. Now, I have a pending charge of $29.95 from their affliction company Fit Nation. I have cancel my credit card because I fear this will just go on and on. BTW - I have the address for AWR as #3 - 17th Ave. South, Nampa, ID 83651 Phone number 866.484.2863
REPORT THESE PEOPLE!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too was taken by this scam, after calling and threatning to get my credit card to stop payment they agreed to to refund one me $60, so I called VISA and stated that I wanted to dispute this charge, I'm now waiting to hear to see the outcome of this is. Also they have a sister company that sells ColonxR and they are running excatly the same scheme I also have a VISA charge dispute with this other charge. they are nothing but rip off artists.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I also was taken by this company. Their add states no risk free trial. no where on the page that you order the FREE trial does it say on the fifteenth day you will be charge $78.81. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to have this amount deducted from my bank account. they have stated they will refund my money in 7 to 10 days but I must return the unused product. SO WHAT'S FREE.....NOTHING....THIS IN MY BOOK IS FALSE ADVERTISING. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIPOFF. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Posted 1 year agoReport - If you ordered anything from this company CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD you will be issued a new card and this company can no longer charge you.
I am grateful that I read all this today and got away with only a $5.95 S&H charge from them. I canceled my credit card and will never, never again try something for free. Because if they ask for you personal financial information it is NOT FREE!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I tried to cancel and they hung up on me. I canceled my credit card . I believe it's the only way to stop them. I am out $160.
Posted 1 year agoReport - thieving bastards. they tell you on the phone that your talking to mark. meanwhile the call is routed to India. they are offshore and a major rip off. i was charged over 80 bucks for the 1.99 free trial. god only knows whats in the product
Posted 1 year agoReport - My Wife ordered a product from Advanced Wellness Research Inc on Jan
10, and called a few minutes latter to cancel. She then called our
bank and put a stop on the debit card we do have a stop payment order
number. The last part of last week we got the product in the mail, and
have a 4.99 shipping charge on the checking account. We called today
and was told that we would have to returned the produce postage paid.
I told the man if he refunded the 4.99 for shipping I would return
product COD. Nothing gained we are out 4.99, could be worse. Let
others know. will let you know of further updates.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I cancled the card I used to order this. I also filed with BBB and am out only $2.01 . if you try to back out they offer $1.99 deal.. I was caught.
Annoying! Glad I learned my lesson.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I have cancelled the card that I used to purchase the "free" trial of 4.99 based on the information above. i also contacted the company and was able to reach them at 1-866-484-2863 where i "cancelled" my order - for whatever that is worth! I shipped my free trial back to them and have 5 days before the 14 day period is up...wondering though if they will still send a bill since they have the address and turn it over to bill collectors if not paid?
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too was taken in by these bozos. I did manage to contact them and cancel after a single $78.81 charge. I have the email cancelling the product so let them try to charge me again! MY bottle says that Advanced Wellness Research is located in Miami, but my PersonSearch account says it is located in Marlboro, NJ. We'll see!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Complete and utter rip-off...
They use several phone numbers and addresses. Where are the authorities when we need them??

Posted 1 year agoReport - Again, scam. Received the product - charged 4.99 for shipping. Received call from my credit company - charged 78.81, also $89.00 charge on another date. I called the Indian speaking company and was told various prices he would refund me. This is in dispute with my credit company at present. I also emailed the CEO Nick Molina. Doubt this will help. Wll never order over internet again.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too have just called today to cancell and got an indian speaking man that I could hardly understand. He tried giving me better deals to keep it but I said I just wanted to cancel and not be charged. I am within my 14day trial, he gave me a return authorization number and said I will not be charged if I return within 10 days. We are cancelling our debit card just to be safe. Wish I would have read all this first.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I also was told that they could not find my order when I called to cancel. Just got a cancellation # and was told to ship pills back. Will now call credit card to alert them than no more charges to this Co.should be made.
Very sneaky!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too was scamed. I called and talked to a representative that I could not understand. I never recieved my trial bottle, yet he insisted I return the product for a refund. After much arguement, he promised a refund of 78.81 and gave a confirmation number. That was 5 days ago and nothing. Oh yea, I did see an international fee charge, on statement, yet the company is listed as being in Idaho. I contacted the BBB concerning this co. Beware!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too got scammed by this outfit. I did get to "talk" to an agent in India who promised a total refund and gave me an RMA# and an address in Idaho to return the product to. From what I have read I will cancel this v=credit card to prevent further charges. Buyer BEWARE!
Posted 1 year agoReport - This is my first bad experience with an internet scam and I am very disgusted with myself. How could I so easily be taken in by these guys. It angers me to no end. In my case, was an Indian speaking man (John) real name RIGHT. yep, same here, could hardly understand hime. For me I'm fortunate to have Chase Visa flag this vendor, before paying out. Got a call from them saying that there's this suspicious activity on my account and wanted to confirm if this was a legit purchase. Obviously not, since I've already cancelled. Just got done filling out the dispute form. They're aggresively working on it I presume, else they wouldn't have bothered to call me first. Kudos to Chase Manhattan Bank. DON'T BUY FROM THESE RIPOFFS!!!

TryPureAcaiBerry.com/Advanced Wellness Research, Inc Much, much, much more then $4.99 Nampa/Miami Nationwide
The Original Ripoff Report Text:
After following the simple directions of pay shipping and handling for $4.99 only, I was billed for $78.81 less then 14 days after receiving the so called *FREE Trial Offer.* When I called to cancel the order I should have known I would be calling and talking to someone in India!!!! That call only took 45 minutes to complete after listening to someone that you can hardly understand. The best part of the entire phone call was when he said to me "I guess you should have read the very small print in your terms and conditions." Either way, if you order product from this company or any affiliate of this company you are asking for problems with your credit card or bank billing and you do so at your own risk. They certainly are not willing to work with you on the intial order, they will cancel all future orders but they are very reluctant and refuse to cancel the initial order if you failed to read the "VERY SMALL PRINT" Nukinfutty Orlando, Florida
U.S.A.
ps. I will be forwarding many of these complaints to the US Attorney General office along with the State Attorney General's office in Florida and Idaho
Posted 1 year agoReport - My story is similar to the others. I ordered the trial size a couple of hours ago. Almost immediately realized it was probably a scam. I called the 866 phone # in my email order confirmation. Talked to some guy I could hardly understand. Got nowhere! Hung up on him finally, then immediately called my credit card co. to cancel the card # and have new ones issued. Hopefully, it was fast enough to prevent any charges. 'Wish I had done more research first! Linda in TX.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I just got the $4.99 trial. I am really worried that I will also be billed $78.81 or any other amount . I need to cancel my debit card and hopefully prevent any other charges. I also wish I had done my research!!Sylvia TX
Posted 1 year agoReport - On 2/2/09, I ordered the so-called "Free Trial Offer" of the acai berries supplement for a $4.99 S/H fee.
<p>
When I FINALLY received this last week, I noticed that I had only 14 days from the date of my ORDER (NOT from the date of receipt of product) to try these.
<p>
I immediately (2/11/09) got on the phone to cancel this as I could already see the writing on the wall.
<p>
When I canceled, I was told by "Jillian", I would receive a cancellation confirmation email but I never did. I gave it a few hours and then contacted them back through the original emails they had sent me when I ordered.
<p>
I told them I had called to cancel because I didn't want to be charged $78.81 for a jar of berry pills I couldn't even swallow (they are very large!)! I then stated I STILL, hours later, had NOT received that confirmation email regarding my cancellation I had been promised.
<p>
A short time later, I received an email from a customer service representative ASSURING me that my account WAS actually canceled and I would receive NO MORE orders, nor would my cc be charged in the future.
<p>
This morning, 2/17/09, six days AFTER I canceled, I went online to my bank account to take care of some business and what do I see? A charge of $78.81 for another order of the acai berry supplements!
<p>
I immediately called them at the number they gave me in that return email stating that I HAD canceled and would not be charged in future. 866-964-1011. Again, I could barely understand the person on the phone, the accent was so heavy. I asked for a supervisor and he told me he was the one I had to talk to. That there are no supervisors. His name was "Adam". So...I lit into "Adam". I told him that I had canceled SIX DAYS PRIOR! Yet, they still charged my bank account for the $78.81! I think they all read from a script because he kept saying the same thing over and over and that was that he would cancel my order and make sure no further charges were made on my bank account. I then told him I expected a FULL REFUND of the unauthorized charges they had made this morning. He told me it would take 3-5 days to process the refund! I then informed him that what they were doing, floating money from thousands of customers they were defrauding was completely illegal and I planned on filing charges against them with my bank as well as my State Attorney General's Office. And anyone else I could think of.
<p>
I then got on the phone with Wells Fargo's Internet Fraud department. She went into my account and said that it is only "pending" right now but if I check it in the morning and it is still on there because this company ran the charge through, I should call back and then the fraud complaint process would begin and WF would investigate them. In meantime, they would also give me a credit of that amount to my account.
<p>
At the same time, I canceled that check card so any further charges to that old number would never go through. Now, I have to wait about a week before I get another check card! What pain! I use that card for everything! Now I will have to use a regular credit card if I need to do anything since I never use checks!
<p>
After I spoke to WF, I wrote another email back to the Advanced Wellness Customer Service Representatives (2) that had written me previous stating my account was canceled and let them know I was charged anyway and that I was instituting fraud charges for unauthorized use of my cc with my bank. I received two email responses back from one person, a "Jenny Brown". She stated that my account IS canceled and I would receive a full refund within 10-12 days! 10-12 days now! It's gone from 3-5 days up to 10-12 days (within about 20 minutes) that they will be using MY money for free!
<p>
HOW do you put these crooks out of business??? The TV stations STILL show these commercials! They MUST know how crooked this company is, don't they?
<p>
All I can say is, I am on blood pressure medication and when I took my BP after I finished this a while ago, it was STILL sky high even through all the medication I have to take!
Posted 1 year agoReport - It is beyond my brain how many of us were taken by these thugs yet no government affiliate has done anything about it. How many people have to ripped off before this place is shut down? I wish I knew what to do to stop them COLD.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I have to add my dittos to the above comments. I cancelled the product the minute I saw the wording in my oreder "you have only been billed for the shipping and handling charges so far." I knew that was trouble so called twice in the same day to cancel. Now a month later there is an $83.80 charge to my new credit card from them. I called them again and cancelled and when asked why I was cancelling I told them because of the wording in their cnfirmation email. I don't want anything to do with these people.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I was duped. In my LAST cancellation email they state, "Remember, we do only want happy customers and we always strive for 100% satisfacton". Yea right. Then stop charging my credit card.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I feel like a big dope. Ordered my free trial today, tried to cancel a couple minutes later, and was told i couldnt until i received the product. No way. I emailed them and was told my account was cancelled, and when i tried to cancel the trial but instead they wanted to make me pay $8.81 for the bottle...and after reading this page I dont really believe that they cancelled my subscription, so im going in the morning to stop payment and get a new debit card. "We will always try our best to continue providing excellent customer service." ...oh whatever.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too was duped by these telephone thugs...no accountability and no one to talk to either...cancelled my credit card to make sure that they could not charge anything else on it...
I got charged the 4.99 called to cancel and went through the order line to cancel had to argue with the Indian telephone thug and finally was given an authorization code to return the product which was returned to them 19 days after ordering from these slimes ( I did cancel with them verbally within the 14 days over the phone and they gave me the authorization code over the phone as well) kept all that and have the postal service confirmation receipt...hope that this will be enough BEWARE there are alot of product predators out there and I will not order over the internet again either
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too was scammed with this company. They use two company names Bromalite and acai berry. I canceled the same day I received shipment and was stilled charged. They wanted me to fax over bank statement. I canceled my debit card immediately. My bank said they just had another customer do the same about a week ago.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I got ripped by them as well. And wasted a lot of calling them. I filled a dispute form and send it to my credit card company. Hope they can get my money back.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too have been ripped off. There charges have caused my checking account to be over drawn, and this has caused $100 in overdraft fees thus far, I AM FURIOUS and on hold to discuss this matter with someone, yeah right!
Posted 1 year agoReport - i also was scammed by these scammers. I called to cancel the order three days after placing it, they gave me a confirmation number and everything.
Today i decided to check my transaction history on my cc card and there it was a charge for 74 dollars. i called my cc card company and they said that it was some computerized software that had taken my money off.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I was alerted by credit card company of a charge of $78.81 from this company. I too, was only going for the trial for $4.99. I don't remember seeing anything about being charged a monthly charge unless I cancelled. My credit card company gave me the number to call and cancel. The first person I got spoke very broken English....I could hardly understand him. He said their system was down and I should call back after 5:00 pm and this was 10:00 a.m. I called back about an hour later and got an American. Yay, I thought. She was very nice, a;pologized for my problem but said their system wasn't working so I should call back after 2:00. I did that and got "Joseph" another Indian who can hardly speak English. He went through a bunch of crap and then said he would process my refund and guess what...they are having trouble with the system so I have to call back AGAIN! From reading everyone else's messages, I now know this is a scam and I will have to cancel my credit card and that is a big inconvenience.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I did not order this product.
My credit card number was stolen and this product arrived at the house two day later.
They started calling me on the phone about my trial. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were not there and they would call me back at 4:00. Hours later no call.
I have cancelled the card and placed fruad alerts at the credit bureaus.
Posted 1 year agoReport - After several calls yesterday to this company and being told their system was down, I called again this morning. I was on hold for 2 minutes and then cut off..called again and finally got to speak to "Nellie" an Indian who spoke a little better than previous reps. She went through the whole thing about me not cancelling within the 14 day trial period and I started yelling as I had been through this 4 times the day before. She told me there was nothing to get upset about. That really made me angry and I told her, even louder "lady get that $78.81 off my credit card now and cancel any future orders NOW! She apologized for my problems and said she was giving me credit and cancelling future orders and gave me a confirmation number. Whew! I hope this is for real. I will have to watch my credit card closely.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I also have been charged $78.81 for this trial offer of pills. Just called my credit card company, told me to contact Advanced Wellness, have to call them back when they are open- God knows when that is, they didn't tell me. Sounds like a bunch of crooks to me
Posted 1 year agoReport - Add me to the list! I fell for the $4.99 trial offer and was told that I would not be charged for anything more. I just found two charges to my credit card, one for $78.81 and another two weeks later for $83.80. I called Visa to dispute the charges and hopefully this will get figured out but I am furious and would gladly join you in the fight to shut this company down!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I got scammed too. I ordered the free trial bottle and thought the charge to my card was for the shipping only. After receiving the bottle and reading the packing slip I realized they were probably going to try charging the card again. I immediately (same day as getting the shipment) called their 866 number and was told they were having extraordinary call loading and the phone was put down, 20 minutes later still no response, but you could hear people chatting and just not picking up the phone. I hung up tried again and got the same result. Again after 20 minutes I hung up and left a message on their website that the card wasn't to be charged again. They have now charged the card a total of three times and I have disputes filed for them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They have no intention of refunding any charges unless pressed to the wall. Anyone want to file a class action, count me in. access AWRscam@microz.com Thanks
Posted 1 year agoReport - i too feel the same way . when you do call they tell you the computers are down and thats even if you can get through. they never answer the phones they are either busy or rings 15-20 times . i want my money back
Posted 1 year agoReport - Scammed! Tried to call 866 number to cancel
product only to have it not connect. Will now have to cancel debit card and cause a lot of notifying--will not ever buy anything over the internet again. How come nobody does anything about this company?

Posted 1 year agoReport - I cannot believe how so many of us were scammed. I have been trying for 3 days to contact them by phone and email. The phones numbers are not working and I have never received a response from email.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Scammed. I tried to cancel immediately after ordering, told I had to wait for product to arrive, waited for product, cancelled offer. They still
charged 78.81 on my credit card, they refuse to take off because I didn't cancel even though I have a cancellation confirmation number.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I just got off the phone to cancel my order. When the asked the reason for my cancellation, I told them it was too expensive. I was then told that they could give it to me for $8.00 a month instead of the $78.81, plus $4.00 for shipping and handling.
THey do not make it easy to cancel. I called 3 times and was put on hold for over 15 minutes each time and the first two times, we were disconnected.
Posted 1 year agoReport - they are a bunch of idots they call you liars and do not believe u when u want to cancel they take money without permission and do not give it back I have called them at least 10 times before I got someone to actually liste to me and cancel my order after being charged and them not givening me anything back. no where does it say they are going to charge with in 14 days . then they charge you and try to charge you for a second bottle two weeks after the first charge. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE people
Posted 1 year agoReport - I also received the illegal charges of 78.81 on my charge card for the free trial product. This company is a fraud and a scam. They only wanted to refund me 60.00 and then said they could only refund me 70.00. I was given a cancellation confirmation number but I know it was fake. I have called my bank and have stop payment restrictions for this particular company. I will never ever buy anything again off the internet.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too was scam out of money from advance wellness after they promise a free trial and no money was supposed to have been drawn out of my account.they $78.00
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too was scammed. I called and "Austin" an Indian man whom I could not understand assured me that I would not be charged anymore. Yeah, right! I am cancelling my card and will never buy anything on the internet again.
Posted 1 year agoReport - CONTACT YOUR BANK AND TELL THE BANK YOU DIDN'T AUTHORIZED THE CHARGE AND THE BANK WILL HANDLE IT AND YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK. BANK OF AMERICA DID IT FOR ME. I CANCELED THE ORDER AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT.

Posted 1 year agoReport - What is inappropriate
Posted 1 year agoReport - I ordered Acai Berry from an ad on Yahoo for a free trial bottle. There was nothing on the ad stating that there was a trial period, and you would be charged. Nothing on the packing list stated that either. However, my credit card was charged 03/12/2009 08:17:22 VISA PURCHASE
ACAI ONLINE OFFER -$ 83.80. I received a bottle of the stuff today in the mail. I called on 3-8-09 to tell them to cancel the product that it wasn't effective.
This is a ripoff.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too got tricked by this company. THe Indian guy on the phone told me that the company is base at India but they have branch offices i nthe US. My packing slip show oneaddress: 3-17th Ave South, Nama, ID 83651. PH# 866 964 1011. THe guy gave me this address: 1269 Nrth Woodland Road, Woodland, IL 60191.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I was just checking up on my credit card account and found 2 charges, one for $80.38 and the other for $74.95. My husband had ordered these products to try to help me out thinking that he would be paying $5.08 and $4.95. When they came, I even questioned how much he had paid. I know that many of these free trials need to be cancelled within a certain period of time. This company is no different, but they hid their terms in a link at the bottom of the web page. MORE THAN A LITTLE UNDERHANDED! When I called to cancel, I had to strain to try to understand what he was saying. Another ploy? Next in order is to get in touch with my credit card company. I doubt that there's much to be done about the current charges, but they're sure not going to take us for any more!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Welcome to the club as to being scammed by the purchase of this product that DO NOT work. I orderd on line for $4.99 and I noticed on 5/15 a charge of $83.80 immediately got on the phone check, cancell and get credit. However, I had to call again on Monday for the credit, informed I would only be getting back $70.00 due to change in company policy. I only wanted to purchase the trial order and placed no other order and I can't even get all my money back and I will be caling my bank to block any future direct withdraws. I have been informed by my to call the dispute department because I did not authorize this second charge, this is a rip off and unfortunatlely the hard working consumer should not be subjected to such treatment and have to stretch communication to uncorporated India to get the matter resolved.
Posted 1 year agoReport - *******OH, DO NOT ORDER THIS!!!!!!! ***CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY AND GET AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. THEIR "ACAI" BERRIES ABSOLUTELY CONSTIPATED MY HUSBAND AND I WAS CHARGED160.00 TO THIS DATE.

Posted 1 year agoReport - SAME STORY
Posted 1 year agoReport - Same Story!!
However I did cancel my debit card. They won't get any more money out of me.How could I have been so stupid.
Someone needs to tell Oprah about these people! She really goofed this time.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Add yet another to the list, story is the same.... 5.95 trial sample, then you get an $78.84 charge on your card, about 10 days before you actually receive another shipment!! No idea this was comming... WE CANCELLED OUR CARD!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Same story. I ordered the trial product and then changed my mind. I emailed the company asking them to cancel the order. They replied back that I had to wait until I received my shipment. It took 19 days for my shipment to arrive which turned out to be the same day that they charged my account 78.81. I called their customer support line and after informing me that I was pasta the 14 days, they offered to credit my account $60 if I agreed to pay $18 for all future shipments. I just want to send back what I received and get my money back. I have emailed the company again forwarding them the email they sent me telling me to wait until I received their product. I can only hope that they refund me. I have told them to cancel any future shipments and will notify my bank not to honor any charges from them.
Posted 1 year agoReport - This company runs the same scam for a "free trial" of a Teeth Whitening kit... and probably all of the products they distribute. IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM! My bank said they can not dispute the charge because I did not cancel the order within 14 days. First of all, it wasnt an order it was a "trial". That ticks me off. I cancelled my debit card and if another charge comes through from this company, I will cancel my bank. I will never order anything else on the internet.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Oh boy, aren't we all a bunch of knuckle heads. I am also in the same situation as most of you except for the fact that the product conflicts with my heart transplant medication. I should have checked out these blogs and my cardiologist first but being a Christian and trusting I too have been ripped off. Oh well, live and learn. New bank and new card and full research before ordering anything on line again!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Oh, by the way, if it says "free" it ain't so. Nothing is free. There is always a condition. There is always an underlying, undisclosed purpose. This is a Pay and Play world. Don't get scamed anymore but the word "free".
Posted 1 year agoReport - There is even a link on this web site for a "free form" to dispute a fraudulant check or charge to your bank account. Upon further investigation you find you must provide certain information and join for a "free" trial period. Watch out for that word "free"
Posted 1 year agoReport - This company is a scam company that is just after your credit card number. Your card number is sold and then the real scam happens.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I ordered a "free trial" Teeth Whitening kit and received it 3 weeks later. I called and cancelled immediately, but was told I would be charged $13.00 for the trial kit since I didn't cancel within 14 days even though I didn't even receive it within that timeframe. A few days later my account is showing them charging $79.00 for the trial kit and when I call again they now say it wasn't a trial kit but a 30-day supply that was sent (it wasn't). After 30 min. of discussion they agree to refund $30 (which I doubt). THIS COMPANY IS A CHEATING SCAM!!!!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I am so upset; they charged me twice $54.98 & $69.99 plus the original 'Free Trial' shipping of $6.99.
I CANCELED my debit card. I asked the Indian person "You know this is a scam and you know that, don't you?" and the person actually said "When you buy products on line, you should read Terms & Conditions"

Posted 1 year agoReport - These people are crooks. I cannot believe that Bank of America Visa dispute resolution department continues to allow them to charge people's Visas. They receive complaints every day. I thought the B of A representative worked for them.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Ito was scammed, Itried the product acai berry for a free trial for 1.99, but you have to cancel within the 14 day trial period. I did cancel the product before the 14 days was up. Thinking I was okay and did the right thing. Looked at my bank statement and they took 83.80 out of my account 3x . I closed out the account because of fraud on a Friday. On Tuesday I looked at my account and the bank had let them put 4 more charges of 83.80 through, these were pending when I closed the account. I AM NOW OUT 586.60. I want my money back from these slimeballs.I have disputed these charges with my bank. This has been pure hell, we have to do something about this company.

Posted 1 year agoReport - Yeah, Advanced Wellness is run by crooks. They claim my teeth whitener product came with a subscription! I never saw anything about this. They are saying that after 16 days, I am enrolled and I have to pay the $6.99 shipping for a product I never received (some trial!) and an additional charge for $78.93! They offered me a $40 credit and now I have to fight with my credit card company and they're sort of on the fence about it. Avoid ordering from these jerks!!!!

Posted 1 year agoReport - I am also a victim of this scam regarding a teeth whitening product.
All the calls go to a message center in India where there is no one to help.
Posted 1 year agoReport - i too was scammed. when will someone with more power than my credit card put a stop to this?
Posted 1 year agoReport - I am another person on their list. I am not taking this sitting down. I asked for names (I am sure they are all fictitious i.e. John Michael, Davis Smith) and that they were located in Illinois, not. I have contacted my credit card company and will file all the complaints I possibly can.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I also have been scammed. I ordered the product on a trial basis. I was charged 78.81 when I called to cancel, return the unused product and request a full refund. I was told that they would refund me $40 by a representative located in India. When I asked for a full refund, I was told to call back @ 4:00AM EST because the rep did not have the authority to give me a full refund. I have called many times for resolution to no avail and I got charged again for product that I did not order. In addition, I am being charged a web fee for a weight loss service that I did not order and an international banking fee. This is truly a SCAM!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - If you go to the Florida Secretary of State's web site and use the "search for corporations" feature, you can locate the corporate headquarters and officers for Advanced Wellness Research Inc. Perhaps they need to hear from consumers.

I had to end up calling the CC issuer, and they were very aware of this scam. They credited back my account, and issued me a new CC #
Posted 1 year agoReport - Same exact story. Where to go to get refund and put Advanced Wellness Research company out of business??? anyone know?
Posted 1 year agoReport - CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE "FREE" TRIAL OFFER! DO IT NOW! YOU MOST CERTAINLY WILL BE RIPPED OFF. CHECK THE BBB. ADVANCED WELLNESS PRODUCTS HAVE AN "F" RATING. READ ALL ABOUT THEM. HUGE SCAM.

Posted 1 year agoReport - I was just scammed by this company too! I don't remember seeing the fine print about cancelling in 14 days, and my card was charged the $78.81. I immediately called this company to cancel and they would not take the product back and refused to credit my card. I have contacted the credit card company and have disputed this, hopefully my credit card people will put a stop to this madness!! I'm tired of companies ripping people off like this.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I actually never ordered anything from these jerks. I called every debit/credit card company that I have accounts with and they said that there are no charges that I cannot account for. I canceled every card that I have so hopefully they won't be able to charge me. They can't give me a refund because they have not charge me yet.
A class action law suit sounds good to me.

Posted 1 year agoReport - I have been getting the same problem everyone else is having. How in the world can I stop this company from charging my credit card. I just got another order in the mail this morning (5-7-09)when I did not order this product and I have called and told them to stop sending me there product. I have been fighting with them for 2 months now to stop sending me there product. That I do not want it and it doesn't work.
Yes, a class action law suit sounds good to me also. I am sick and tired of being ripped off from fraudulent companies.

Posted 1 year agoReport - did the free trial cancelled didn't write down the confirmation number and I am still getting this stuff 3 months later and I cancelled 3 times. They are still charging me and I can't get it to stop
Posted 1 year agoReport - Same story with me, and what irritated me the most is that they were trying to get me a "deal" for a product that I didn't even try!!!!!!
and now I realy don't want to try because I don't trust them.
Posted 1 year agoReport - This is an obvious scam. The credit card companies are not responding to the great number of complaints from cardholders because they benefit from the charges. Can anyone spell"class action lawsuit"/
Posted 1 year agoReport - Wow, everyone had the same sotory - They just told me that they are changing their phone system that is why the 2 people I have talked to sound like they are outside or in their vehicles AND that is also wht they can't trnsfer me to their supervisor. They also said because they were not able to get the automatic withdrawel yesterday that my "account" was blocked and I am not eligible for a refund - I took pictures of how I broke out after taking the pills. The guys that answer the phones are jerks and I will not stop calling. Everyone make sure they document everything with a time and a name if you can get it.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I am out of my mind. The same story has happened to me that is outlined so many times above. This company needs to be stopped.
I continue to get my card charged and have cancelled numerous times. I have even been told by their reps that even though they messed up and didn't cancel my order, that I still have to pay for the product. I am outraged.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I WAS TOLD I WOULD ONLY BE CHARGED THE 4.99 FOR THE FREE TRIAL AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME 24.99 FOR THE BRIGHT LIGHT. I CLICKED ON A POP UP ON THE WEBSITE AS I WAS ORDERING THE TEETH BRIGHT KIT. AND AFTER I CLICKED ON IT I NEVER SAW ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT IT. THEN THERES THIS CHARGE ON MY DEBIT CARD. AND WHEN I CHECKED OUT I WAS ONLY CHARGED 4.99 NOT 24.99 AND 4.99. WHEN I CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION THEY TOLD ME I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHARGE BECAUSE I CLICKED ON THE POP UP. BUT I TOLD THEM I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS TRANSACTION FOR 24.99 AND THEY ARGUED WITH ME. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE SUPERVISOR SOME WOMEN GOT ON THE PHONE AND SAID THE SAME THING SO I ASKED FOR HER MANAGER AND SHE SAID TO CALL BACK TOMORROW. WHAT A RIP OFF. I THINK IM GOING TO PRINT THESE COMPLAINTS OUT AND HAVE A LITTLE DISSCUSION WITH MY LAWYER. DONT YOU THINK? SOMEBODY HAS TO DO SOMETHING.
Posted 1 year agoReport - With this many of us complaining, how is it possible that we can't get them stopped? My spouse too, was victimized. Ordered the 6.99 teeth white trial, and then got charged another $78.93 + .63 international currency fee and STILL no product. Then 30 days later, while still fighting the 1st charge... a 2nd set of charges for $85.92 and .69 shows up. The next day... a box appears... the 1st month's supply. Have refused, requested $$ in writing, via phone and email and get NOTHING> We canceled the debit card, and are filing a Reg E complaint with the banking department.. but are out $160! BEWARE. The Better Business Bureau in Florida (one branch there) gave them an F!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I guees I'm not the only victim of this scam. I was scam for the product and have nothing. It has cost me $171.84. I feel that all whom have been scammed should FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT against this company so no one else will be scammed. Or we should put this Company all over the internet so others will be aware.

Posted 1 year agoReport - to everyone who's been SCAMMED by these people.....PLEASE take the time to notify your Secretary of State and file a written complaint. If we don't do this, these people will continue to scam others. It's a shame that we have to take valuable time out of our day to solve these incidents but if we don't then lets not complain when we are taken. Surprisingly when I called the State to complain in Florida, the lady told me there were only five complaints....There are a lot more than 5 listed here. PLEASE lets notify the people that can do something about this. None of US thought to check here before we were scammed. THANKS and good luck to all of us. This is just terrible!!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I also ordered this but I see most of you are saying it was from Florida. My address that they gave me was Wood Dale, Il for Advanced wellness research. What a rip-off I agree. I waited too long to start this and waited for my bill, then realized they had charged my card double even after I cancelled. Just stopped my card about an about ago. Maybe too late for me. Anybody know if it would help if I called BBB of Illinois?
Posted 1 year agoReport - IF YOU HAVE BANK OF AMERICA THEY WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK RIGHT AWAY...AND THEY WILL GO AFTER THE SCUM BAGS!!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I ordered the "free" trial of the teeth whiting product through advanced wellness research. I was 1st charged $78 and then charged again for $83 all in a three week period for one tube of bleach !! i called to get a refund and I too was told to go on the website. I want my money back..!!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too did the ONE tube of teeth bleach. I was also charged over $100. WHat a scam!! I haven't even used the stupid bleach b/c the thought of this pisses me off! This crap better work b/c I'm sure it will take an act of Congress to get $1 back.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I ordered both the acai berry as well as the colon cleanse products; called immediately after receiving the "trial product" because I did not want to automatically be sent and charged the $80.00++ charges. Well, guess what; I was sent them anyway so I called and received authorization number to return 2 bottles of acai berry. Only one bottle was credited to my account. when I called, they showed only one...then I called to cancel the colon cleanse auto delivery for the second time and was told that I had to keep the last bottle of the colon cleanse and they would discontinue the shipment of any others, leaving me once again paying for the bottle I just received.
I was very patient, attempting to understand some gentleman from India; accent was very very thick and I had to ask him several times to repeat his response so that I understood clearly what he was telling me...He kept asking me if I was very satisfied with the service he provided me and I said no...we went back and forth, me telling him it was the company's policy as well as the communication gap that would not change my rating....what pushed me over the edge is when he began to laugh at me when I asked him for clarification (*about 3 times ) about what he was saying....I told him he was a horrible representative of "satisfying" customer service and not to laugh at me; at which time I humg up the phone....I am not going to let this die. I am going to contact agencies about this scam as well as tricking the public....DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE...YOU WILL BE SORRY.....you can tell from all of these reviews...

Posted 1 year agoReport - I have been duped by these people and am ready to jump on the bandwagon of a class action law suit. I'm out 78.93 and 88.97 plus a 2.01 charge I have no idea what was for. The charges had hid 21 days after the product was ordered. These people are making millions on "free" samples. Monday morning I will be at my bank cancelling my card and getting a new one just to keep these leaches from hitting me again.
Posted 1 year agoReport - i cant get this.when samebody is gone do samething with this idiots from india or no mather from were they ar to rip off every one and how many. how many they gone take to do same action nathing get done yet wath take to do same they do the bisnis in this .its usa. or india
Posted 1 year agoReport - Advanced Wellness Research is the same company that is behind another scam for a teeth whitening product which is offered as a free sample. Immediately after sending the "sample" you are charged $73.98. Before you ever get your credit card bill they send another shipment of the same product and charge another $83.00. Calling produces no results. First I was talking to someone in India and then it was someone in Canada, also talked with supervisor with no help.
This company is a SCAM. They are using many different company names when charging your account such as Max White, Teeth Whitening Now and the product is shipped from Advanced Wellness Research, 1269 N. Wood Dale Road, Wood Dale, IL 60181. When you Google that address it comes up as Inktel Direct Corp.
Posted 1 year agoReport - THERE IS HOPE FOR US!!!!!
I just got off the phone with the Florida Attorney General's Office. There is an active case against Advanced Wellness Research. You can file a complaint at the Florida Attorney General website. You can also call to verify that I am telling you the truth @ 866-966-7226. Y ou can file a complaint no matter what state you live in. You DO NOT have to live in Florida to file a complaint.
Type in florida attornay general in your search bar.
look on the left hand side, click on consumer protection and than click on On-line complaint form fill it out and click submit and that is it.
As I said before there is an active case against this company.
As you can assume I was a sucker for the teeth whiting scam and thay got me for $177.84. good luck to you all
Posted 1 year agoReport - Oh gosh. I wish I would have found all these reports before I ordered. I had horrible stomach cramps after taking the first pill. I called to cancel my order after I had been charged for the second bottle. They said I needed to wait until I had product in hand before they could refund it. So I did. I called immediately that day. They asked why I wanted to cancel. I told them. I was not aware that the product had caffeine in it. I asked how I can send it back and receive a refund. The gentleman named Stuart told me I could not receive a full refund but they would give me $60 and lucky me I get to keep the bottle of product to pas it on to a friend. 3 weeks went by, no refund. I called back. Once again had to go through the whole explanation again. "Rion" said normally they don't approve refunds so the request was rejected, but he would process it through again and again expect 5-7 days for processing. That was 2 weeks ago now... still no refund. So excited to find there is a suit. I will definitely make the call!! Thanks to everyone for posting their stories.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Thanks for the Florida Attorney General info. - I too am dealing with these idiots on the teeth whitening product and they did the same thing to me -charged my card before the trial period was up claiming that I can't count correctly and my trial period had expired. I cancelled my credit card and notified them and just filed a complaint with the FL atty gen. Thanks for the info! Good luck to us all!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Thanks for the information, I will be filing a complaint with the Fl. Attorney General. They have changed their names to Netlab. So be aware of this as well. Netlab claimed to have bought the company. I will mention this information in my complaint.
I already filed a complaint with BBB.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I have a great story. I didn't even order the free trial!!! I received a call from Bank of America on May 31st that they suspected my card had been fraudulently used, apparently they have rode in this rodeo before. I thought no more of it until I received the teeth whitening kit and acai berry. I called the company to see why I had recieved it, they were a nightmare!!!! So you guys tell me, is it a coincidence that the card number was stolen and these were the charges made? What is even scarier is that it is not a card I use. I had made a balance transfer a week before to it, and the BLAM, I was hit with this!!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - We as consumers must come to STOP this. I, too, gave it a "free trial" with $6.99 teeth whitening kit, then I found out they charged me $78.93 and 85.97 from my credit card account without my acknowledgement. The address for this is 1269 N. Wood Dale Road Wood Dale, Il. 60191.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Hell I have never ordered anything from this company & they some how got my credit card # that I have only used in "one " place on the internet Petco.
Thethanksy are a bunch of ---well I had better not say
Posted 1 year agoReport - This company's advertisements are certainly misleading, if not fraudulent. I was charged $78.92 for a shipment which I have returned. Free, no risk trail does not describe this so-called offer. I'm told the manager does not receive phonecalls. How convenient. I'm a senior and can ill afford this charge - for nothing! Do not, under any circumstances have anything to do with this company. They are rip-offs.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Cany anyone go to 1269 N. Wood Dale Road in Wood Dale, IL? I'd like to know if they really do have a facility that ships products. Anyone live close?
Posted 1 year agoReport - These people are not only lying thieves, but they go under so many d/b/a's that it is incredible - and are so nasty. I was charged $83.39 for what was supposed to be a $6.95 free trial. Fraudulent jerks is what they are. They allegedly cannot transfer you to a supervisor, but tell you a supervisor will contact you in 72 hours. To get a cancellation number from them is like pulling teeth. They are located in "southeast asia." How special. BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL SUCKER YOU, TOO.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I am known to my friends as cautious and reasonable, but I too was scammed by Advanced Wellness Research. I had heard of Acai Berry and Colo-Flush and when I looked it up on the website, thee was information from Dr. Oz and the Oprah show. Thought it was legit and gave them my debit card for the S&H (product was "free"). Between June 1-16, they took out $424.00 from my checking account. I thank God I didn't wait until the end of the month to check my balance like I usually do. I immediately canceled my debit card and my bank, bless their hearts, credited my account but this is outrageous. By the way, those tiny charges are International bank fees. I would never have ordered if I had known it was a foreign company.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Thinking I would get a refund on my next credit card bill I waited for it, but by that time I had charges of $409.05. Their computers are always down or something when I call about the problem.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Dispute any charges on your credit card with the credit company. If it's on a bank account, call your bank and dispute the charges and put a stop to any more. Close accounts if necessary. These people will continue to charge your accounts. File a complaint with the BBB in Miami against this company. Tell them you want a refund and how much, and request that they shut this company down permanently.
Posted 1 year agoReport - Just talked to Wells Fargo. They told the Freud department they are giving me a refund for $78. I placed my order for the trial membership over 2 weeks ago...of course I still have yet to receive it. Looks like I got ripped off. This sucks. Has anyone here ever actually receive anything from these crooks? So far nothing here but a bill. Bummer.
Posted 1 year agoReport - does anyone have any idea what the return policy is for this company. I'm scared to death to go the the website I ordered from. I'm out over $500, for
Colo-flush and tooth whitening products. What an expensive lesson. These people kicked out my debit card, so I used another card. Then they billed both cards. I've received samples and that's it. Today I received two Whitening products, but would like to return them for my money back. Any help from anyone here would be greatly appreciated.
Posted 1 year agoReport - SAME AS all others fooled above - told that I would pay only for shopping and then charged $78.93 twice. They will not cancel it!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Onlly in America/India.
I also was scamed. Out $!60.00.
Cancelled my credit card by ohone. Will have new cards within 5 woring days.
All the abov complaints and they are still allowed to stay in business. They should go to jail.
I'll watch for class action suit & join it.

Posted 1 year agoReport - same here, i will be calling BBB, filing under the class action lawsuit!!!! Don't try it!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - same story, charged twice, canceled card, disputed charges with Bank of America and one month later bank sent me a claim letter saying that "they didn't find any errors in those transactions"! I have to fill out another statement form with BOA for further investigations. I just have a feelling that nothing helps to fight these scam people while they make millions of dollars screwing honest people!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Same story here with the teeth whitener products from these people. Went to my bank yesterday and told them the whole story. (the extra shipments of products and then the charges on credit card, etc.). They wrote down all the information I could give them about these fraudulant acts. They canceled my card and will issue me a new one. The bank was very nice about the whole thing. Very interested in the details of all of this too. I have refused two shipments and returned another that I had opened.
Never again will I agree to a "free trial offer". I learned my lesson. But I was thankful I found this page. It made me realize this wasn't my fault and hopefully something could be done about it.
Madoff in a different form; wouldn't you say!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I too have been a victim of these illegal practices. My bank has now blocked charges from this company, but beware... they keep changing their name on the debits to the bank! This enables the charges to continue to post. My bank replaced the funds this company had posted against my account. Now I have to try and stop them from sending this unsolicitated product. Wish me luck!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Take package to Post Office and they will put refused on it if you can't catch your postman.
Posted 1 year agoReport - i thought i was the only one having a lot of problems with this company, Advanced Wellness Research Inc.!!! Bought Max bright teeth whitener on the 5/1/09 when they said its only a free trial. The product got to me 2days before 14 day expiry period. When i checked my account on the on the 16th i realised they had taken money from my acc!!! i called them and told the rep. that i do not want the product because i have gum disease and can't use the product. He told me he can't do that he can only give me a discount of $20.00! i told him that the bank wants $35.00 because there was no money in the bank! He told me that i will have $40.00 out of the $78.83 they took from my acc. in 2-4 business days. I cancelled the account immediatly. I had to speak to 3 other rep when i eventually got my $40.00 back in a period of a month. I have NOT received the product from this company as yet. When i called last night i was told thatthe amount they charged was for the FREE OFFER they don't owe me anything!!!! Can anyone believe this???!!?
Posted 1 year agoReport - It looks like everyone here has the same problem with these guys. I have called 3 times requesting a refund and each time I was told it would be 72 hours before I would see it. Each time I had asked to speak to a manager but it seems they are always busy. I asked to talk to the same persome I talked to the last time but he didn't show up for work that day. The funniest thing is they all give me names like Chris Rose, Jordan Brown but have heavy Indian accents. How dumb do they think I am. Well I am thinking about going to the address I sent the product back to and see who is there.
Posted 1 year agoReport - My experience mirrors those seen in this report. A total scam. If my bank had not contacted me, I would have had a mounting debt before realizing the scam.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I got ripped off too. I never even ordered anything from them and they got my credit card number from either Easywhite or Dazzlewhite. I returned the first package they sent and today I find that they have charged my card $80.50 on 7/1 and again for $85.59 on 7/16!!! I don't even know who these people are. Take my advice and the advice of all the others above me and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these people. The only thing I can do is cancel my card which I did a few minutes ago before they can charge me again.
Posted 1 year agoReport - My story is much the same as many people here. I saw the endorsements and figured I'd do the discounted trial of the product. It didn't do what I wanted, so I sent it back. Several weeks later I received more of their product, so this time I returned it and got a proof of delivery receipt, which I still have. I figured problem solved. Imagine my surprise when I returned from a 4-week trip to find more Akai berry and another charge for $83.80. After several phone calls and a long email correspondence, which I still have and have sent to the Illinois Consumer Protection agency, they once again sent me more product and billed me again. (I had been asked to leave the account open so that they could refund the money. All the more fool me.) The only way to deal with these scam artists has been to cancel that credit card, which is a pain because I have several ethical companies that direct debit to it. Whenever I contact them, they barely speak English and somehow cannot find my account number, although they can always find it when it comes billing time! Their latest excuse is that, with the merger with Netalab, there seem to be some computer integration glitches. Like I say, there seem to be enough to prevent my refund, which I have requested at least 5 times now, but not enough to prevent them from billing me repeatedly.
Posted 1 year agoReport - My girl freind had the same think. I Just returned it and waiting for the refound that I may not see. I will not let them take our money!!!!!!!!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - My husbands debit card somehow was charged from this company (Advanced Wellness Research), he has not ordered any such thing as the acai diet pills, we quickly canceled his debit card. Not sure how they got ahold of his card number and thanks for the Atm compnay to catch unusual activity...I recommend to anyone dealing with them to cancel all cards that they have access to.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I would like to add my comments as well. I have cancelled by phone (per their order) and by follow-up letter and continue to be charged a monthly fee. The number I just called referred me to another phone number, which was invalid.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I JUST HAD MY ACCOUNT FROZEN BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY 37.95 TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT. AN ACCOUNT I NEVER HAD IN THE FIRST PLACE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE THEY GOT MY INFO FROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - PHONE 3 FOR THIS CO. IS 1-866-484-2863. GOOF LUCK UNDERSTANDING THEM.
Posted 1 year agoReport - I never ordered anything from them. 3 days ago the fraud department from my credit card company called me and asked if I made charges X and Y - I didn't, so we cancelled my card. And today I get Anti Wrinkle serum and some kind of capsules in the mail. After reading this site, I know now why I received this - but where in the world did they get my credit card number??

Posted 1 year agoReport - I called my bank today and found charges on my card from this company. I called them and argued with someone who could not speak English very well, that I never ordered anything from them. They said my account would be credited. Got home from work and found a package from them containing 2 bottles of??? Will keep checking for my credit. Cancelling my card as of today. How did they get my info?
Posted 1 year agoReport - All you need to do is go to www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org
and fill out a short complaint form. I did it and got all my money back in less then 2 weeks.
Posted 1 year agoReport - i did the same as everyone else on this page and got no response, they also use different names to charge you. the only fast way to stop them is to cancel your card and get a new one.

Posted 1 year agoReport - When I return the product via certified mail (I was advised to do this because they would deny receipt and not refund the money), they told me to contact the Postmaster General. However, I haven't done that yet, but maybe someone with more ambition could do it.
Posted 11 months agoReport - I have been trying for months to stop these people. I have a list of names from my credit card co in the uk and we are trying to stop them. It has cost me hundreds of pounds. Does anyone know wat is in tha acai berry capsules?
Posted 11 months agoReport - i bought some supplements from this company and have suffered many medical problems since then.
Posted 2 months agoReport - Did anyone get the runaround from Bank of America when they filed a dispute? I had to go through hoops, impossible deadlines, and couldn't close my card fast enough when it was over. Next stop OCC.gov to file a complaint against Bank of America.
