Sent to a friend[2732] TV trolley from Big bazaar -
We bought a TV trolley from Big bazaar on 31/8/08.They delivered after 5 days and then again after 6-7 days they came and assembled the parts .We noticed that there was a crack at the back of the trolley.We complained on phone.We were assured that a person will come next day .NO ONE CAME. After waiting for a week we went in person and registered our complaint again.we were again assured that a person will come next day.NO ONE CAME. Again after one week we reminded them of our complaint.They said that by this friday that is by 3rd oct it will get changed .NO ONE CAME as expected.It is more than one month.Nothing has happened as yet.Whenever we call them we get a days time and then nothing happens.What to do ??Posted 1 year ago
