Sent to a friend[2215] Sony Ericsson - Screwed me around badd
First i bought a new sony ericsson w580i. 2 days later 7/12 keys where cracked because of a KNOWN MANUFACTURERS FAULT. so i sent it out for repair with those specific words "KNOWN MANUFACTURERS FAULT". After two weeks of waiting they returned the phone saying it had "LIQUID DAMAGE"!!!!! like are you serious????? this is a known manufacturers fault!so i sent it in again this time with backup from the victorian consumer affairs thingo. SO they decide to fix it. so i get it back and then it breaks again! 9/12 keys!
So this time i call sony ericsson and demand a refund and they tell me i have to send my fone in again for assesment so i send it in again! after 4 weeks i get the fone back with a fixed keypad. I call sony ericsson and said i wanted a refund not a new keypad and the guy on the fone said that the guy who told me to get a refund was back in a week from holidays! i asked him if there was like a head office number and he told me i had to email them. so i came here instead.

Posted 2 months agoReport - I know how it feels. the worst thing about this is that you have gone 6 weeks total without a cell that you just purchased. its wrong.
