Sent to a friend[21581] Ken Sheppard/ First Class Investments - Ken placed all the blame on me
Ken Sheppard/ First Class Investments FCI If you want to get screwed Ken is your man! ... I introduced my clients to Ken to obtain funding for various projects from RE to business loans for professional athletes. Even though Ken signed a Non-Disclosure, he continued to broker the deal, and get a side deal to get compensated leaving me and my sub-brokers without compensation. Ken acknowledges this, but believes that we have no one to blame but ourselves since we relied on him to protect our interests. He claims that because he goes to church all his deals are ethical. Now, I am getting sued by my sub-brokers for compensation. We spoke with the client, and Ken placed all the blame on me. The only one who made money of the deal was Ken because of his side deal with the borrower. Now I have to invest thousands of dollars to defend myself due to his actions.Posted 1 year ago

My name is Ken Sheppard. I noticed this web site currently has a negative posting regarding me and my company. This posting is defamatory to me as well as my company and none of the negative statements in any/all of this posting is true in any way whatsoever. I enjoy an impeccable reputation in both the global business and personal communities for decades and will not tolerate having my reputation tarnished in any manner by false and/or misleading statements.
The posting is from a name we do not know. We do believe that we do know the real party on this posting. The posting includes the word " screwed". This is highly unprofessional.
We do know that this statement is wholly inaccurate as the party who we believe authored this was notified during a transaction, on many occasions, in writing by my office, that this party was to be compensated by parties other than my office. This party did not follow through on their responsibilities. Also, a third party, other than this posting party, has accepted the full blame for this error. It was not my fault whatsoever that this posting party failed to perform as necessary in order to receive compensation.
Other than the posting/authoring party, any additional party is welcome to contact my office at the below coordinates for any verification necessary to validate my position on all the above. I have extensive paper trails to fully prove the aforementioned. I am not going to respond any further to these postings.
