[1676] GE MONEY BANK -

Added finance charges to my husbands account stating he was two days late and since he paid the full balance he didn't check and for three months finance charges acrued and being the honest person he is when he saw the charges he just paid them without question which was his mistake because when I called GE money bank and explained my husband paid and late charges acrued first they said if he called right away they would have taken it off now when I called to tell them I contacted the credit bureau and they will be contacting them they said they never said that , it is no where in their records. These people have no decency , they are crooks!

  • The SAME thing happened to me in October with my Newport News Credit Card account under the umbrella of GE Money - they have screwed me out of hundreds of dollars and will not refund the points I earned on my paypal card after erroneously closed my account. I intend to get legal assistance. I will repost and you can join me!
