Sent to a friend[1601] Continetal Communities - Overcharged,abusive language...
Tried to move from this mobile home park and it was not easy....charged for water for 2 months when no one lived there...added extra charges to final bill after serving me with small claims papers...lied to potential buyers of my mobile home by telling them it was not livable and being destroyed so they could try to charge me $3000 so they could destroy it themselves...had things stolen from my yard....when trying to settle up,manager became loud,abusive,the f word was used a lot by manager and the worse part...tried to blame a personal problem for her outrageous behavior and told me she wished I would have died last week so she didnt have to deal with me anymore...know sex and drug offenders on premises and there are a lot of children in the park....stay away from this park...they lie,steal and will try to squeeze every dime out of you...they seem to prey on senior citzens...take a drive thru the park and see all the empty lots and you will understand....Sunset Village,Marshalltown IowaPosted 2 years ago
