Sent to a friend[1443] AJs Kool Katz AKA Cageless Cattery - False Libelous Scam Alert
Pamela Hessler, Attoprney at Law, has posted a false and defamatory scam alert on the website for her cattery, alleging that her daughter, Alisha, was cheated out of $1000 by Kim Jaros and Barbara Redalia for a kitten that was never received. Pam cancelled the purchase of the kitten the day before it was to be shipped, and the contract was not valid, as it was with a minor. Kim Jaros and Barbara Redalia are not partners and have have no legal relationship as is allegedin the scam alert. The kitten in question has remained healthy unlike the other cats at this cattery. Everyone has their own opinion and you know what they say about opinions. The next time you decide to narrarate someone else's story, you may want to research to get some actual FACTS. For example, I, Pamela Hessler, have never been an attorney at law nor have I claimed to be. Don't you feel foolish?
What is ironic, you put your opinion on iripoff.com and it is my daughter who got ripped off for $1000, not Barbara. Once again, don't you feel foolish?

Posted 4 months agoReport - Pamela the shipping for some sort of illness that happened four months ago and jsut wanted her money back. See Janine Jarvis description of her cattery, Ugh! I wouldn't send her a cat if my llife depended on itl Janine picked up a sick cat, flea infested, matted all over, a runny nose and other ailments. She should be put outof business.
