HiI was a Body solution's client. I bought i package for many laser procedures but I couldn't use it all. Months after I tried to schedule an appointment but the phone was not working. I found out in the internet that Body solutions went out of business. Aurora told me that they don't have anything to do with Bodysolutions and advised me to go after the old owners. She told me the name of their new company : "skin center", I think. She also convinced me to buy more packages with a huge discount, which I did days after. I restarted my treatments for 3 months and then, one day, they refused to schedule my appointments saying that I never payed anything and that the contract I signed was not real. Unfortunately I payed cash, lost the receipts. I just have a copy of the contract we signed. I have been trying to get my money back or finish my treatments without sucess. My lawyer told me that I need to sue them but so far I didn't have time to do it.
If anybody know similar cases, we can open a legal process against body solutions, smart lase md or whatever are their names now.

- Aurora Pandolfo and George Anastasssiou were facing RICO charges for defrauding Care Credit, as well as hundreds of clients. I suggest that you disregard anything that they say, go to the Suffolk County District Attorney, and contact an FBI office, as the FBI will b e VERY interested in this information.
