[13276] World Fit/Smile Bright - Scammed me with unauthorized charges!

I ordered a "free trial" of Smile Bright, and now I'm getting charged $87 per month for a tiny tube of toothpaste I didn't want. Plus, the company has added a "World Fit" charge of $24 for something I didn't sign up for at all - apparently they give me "weight loss advice" via my email (spam!) for $24 per month! I never knowingly signed up for such a "service". The toll-free number ("customer service") is a separate company where phone jockeys read from a pre-programed script and are not authorized to give any satisfaction; plus they refuse to let you talk to a supervisor (basically, it is a roadblock instead of customer service). I've cancelled the "subscription" (which I never subscribed to), and I am disputing the charges on my Visa, but I do not know if I will be successful. This is a true internet scam, which snowballs into additional charges from sdditional "companies" that provide no product or service. As far as "SmileBright" goes, I have returned the product via certified, return-receipt mail, but the charges for the product have not yet been removed, and a new charge has appeared several days before additional product has arrived. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. It is a snowball scam, and should be SHUT DOWN.

    If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered.
