[1291] Sprint - Forced to upgrade

I added a new phone, the Sprint IC902 back in April 2008 and was told by the independent cotnractor, through Sprint that I could keep my same plan and minutes that I could still share those minutes with my other two phones. On my next bill, I found that I was being charged for two service plans. They refunded the second service plan that time, but said that they could not fix the service in June. The representative on the phone stated that I would have to uprgrade to a 1500 minute plan because ouf my hybrid phone. When we called to complain, Sprint keeps telling us that hybrid phones don't work with any other plan, even though we do not use the direct connect. There is no reason why hybrid phones are not interchangeable with normal phones and can't be on the same bill. Sprint is forcing people inot upgrading contracts and not correcting the Spring/Nextel problem even though the companies have been together for over 5 years.
