[1042] clerks and doctor - snappy clerks, doctor who made me not speak beyond what he wanted to know

I felt my prescriptive lens on the right side was not correct. Everyone who worked there were surprised at my complaint. When I was taking the optical test I told the doctor I had a cataract but he either didn't register it. Instead he'd say just answer yes (it's better) or no (it's worse). I did as instructed. But felt belittled. When I tried the new glasses on, the left side was correct and helped; but the right made me dizzy. They said it was because it was a progressive lens. Why then I asked was the left okay to see through? No answer, the clerk infact treated me cooly, making me wait overly long.
I came back for a 2nd test. But when a clear lens wasn't back in a week I was angry. This happened at Tyrone Mall in St. Petersburg, FL.
Now the lenses are ready but I no longer feel satisfaction. I paid for this item on my VISA. I don't care if I get my money back. I doubt if I'll shop at SEARS store and certainly not at the Optical Dept. again. C
