[10407] Gadish Properties - Rediculous Restroom Policy

David Gadish and Orit Gadish treat their employees like slaves. I was fired for refusing to let them dictate what I did during my lunch break. I was also fired for objecting when they told me to steal paper towels from a public restroom when I needed to clean up in the Gadish company breakroom. They also attempted to limit my access to the restroom.

  • kim and cory are wonderful people who were extremely hard workers. they were dedicated to the company. kim worked on weekends and cory met many bpo deadlines working until 10:30 at night without getting paid overtime. both kim and cory graduated from prestigious universities. both were people of honor and would never have sex in an office setting. both have new jobs and are doing well. they hope that their ex-employers seek some serious psychological help so that they may able to have a child that they so long for.

  • 2 days ago Kim Reyna and Cory Melvin both quit. They were having sex while on the job. They made anti-semitic comments about the owners of the company. I bet the last post about being an "embarrasment to their culture" is from them..... LOSERS!!!

  • David and Orbit Gadish make me sick! I worked there for a couple of months and busted my ass and all they want is to create drama. David is an arrogant and pretentious asshole who thinks he better than everyone. He thinks he is a joker but is really a douche bag... Orbit is a haggard thing who reminds me of a rat face. Her email picture doesn’t even look remotely close to her, its hilarious. She is a controlling and anal bitch who needs to a clue. The fact is these people are corrupt and ignorant; they badmouth everyone and think it’s funny.

  • I hated the gadish's too. they were condescending and arrogant. Orit and David smelled - dandruff on orit - ewww. and they're cheap. they forced us to bring our own coffee, utensils and cups. and would always ask us to share - once they took other employees food and drinks without even asking - that is called STEALING! they only gave us water for free, which occasionally, would be out and the office would be left dry and thirsty. oh and we had no paper towels so we had to steal them from the bathroom - in fact, they encouraged us to steal the paper towels from the bathrooms (also, they're cheap because they hid the utensils, cups, and the napkins in their office and would lock it up so none of the employees could use them) and they lied on their craigslist ad about benefits and salary! oh! becareful of their so called "raises". its like a 25 cent raise! and you can only get it if you squeel on the other employees...so you'd basically have to give up your integrity and become a snitch.   • dude, i worked there for one day. was such an unprofessional working environment. he was yelling at some employee and i whisper to my trainer, what the hell is going on here. that david guy was a scum and very rude to the people. was kinda of full of himself. heard people hated those guys. why would they stay there. they need to be reported to higher authorities.

  • I worked for Gadish Last year, I went to the interview even though I had a bad feeling about it before I even made it there, I lasted 4 days, I am not going to write anything inflamatory just what I sent David before I left
    David, I hope your trip went well, I have been thinking about you and Orit the whole weekend, I am truly sorry but I am going to have to advise you that after careful consideration I am resigning the position you and Orit gave me, my decision was made after a few observations.
    1. The office environment is not compatible with my work style, I am not used to your management style, perhaps it is because I come from an environment where I am managing, I understand I am new and need guidance, but I feel minimal attention has been paid to me, you can't ask me or expect me to do something if I don't know what you are talking about.
    2. I can see that you are expecting your employees to work long hours, which is fine, but if that's what you expect you should consider moving them to an hourly basis.
    3. On Friday you mentioned that it was not ok for me to ask for a raise, in this line of business I have only learned one key thing, one must look out for ones self, the fact that you would bring that as an issue up so early in the relationship tells me that hard work is not rewarded.
    4. On Friday you also made a comment about my shirt not being ironed, I served 4 years in the most strictest military environment in the US Army, but I am not there now, and i would expect that if I didn't iron my shirt that would be my business. we are both grown up men and don't need to make silly observations about each other as I could do the same about you.
    5. Most important of all There is no infrastructure at your company, working with spreadsheets is fine if you are working with small amounts of information, you have 250 different spreadsheets that overlap each other with the same information, everyone is inputting information into different databases that don't sync with each other, you know what happens when people input information into separate systems? Information gets lost, and is more likely to be incorrect and outdated, instead of purchasing a system that runs on consolidation, integration, user-friendly, secure, capable of real-time information, statistical easy to manage and control you are using Excel as the platform for your company. I would allocate the money you were going to pay me and purchase Act For Real Estate Professionals.
    I hope you take this criticism as observations from someone who has Managed Network management for 25 Thousand records in the military, from someone who has managed for the past 4 years in The Real Estate Industry, someone who has built systems & techniques from the ground up while managing multiple people and tasks.
    If you manage to invest some capital into new database software and implement it and deploy it correctly along with making some changes in the manner in which you manage people I would bet you will be extremely successful.
    I want to thank you, your wife for the opportunity, your wonderful staff, they are hard working folks that should be rewarded accordingly.

  • another termination? it's like the ever ready battery. these people are losers and do not appreciate excellent help. they are too arrogant and will never take anyone's advice. they have been told over and over to get a software package conducive to their line of work, but to no avail. hebrew joe has been working on their software package for over one year. just clueless and lifeless management. this place was scary.

  • I was there with Kim and Cory, and I can assure you, they are simply too decent and too smart to be making anti-semitic remarks, or having sex at the workplace.

    David and Orit, on the other hand, do frequently use falsehoods to turn people against each other. They are an embarassment to the human race.

  • Weeeellll ... since you ask ... it seems that not only do the gadishes not reward hard work, but I worked for them for a good long enough time that I can verify ALL of the information above. The person who posted that David or Orit wrote that the previous poster was anti-semetic is correct-that is the kind of thing they do. They lie to the banks, the only agent there is Orit, they made me lie to all the MLS's they joined all over California so they wouldn't have to attend orientations or pay fees for the employees they force to use the MLS. They, themselves, NEVER visit any of the properties they get from the banks. His mother does BPOs from Canada! They send photos to the bank of properties that are not the ones of the property the banks assigned them because they won't go visit and take pics of the assigned properties because they're too far!

    Their idea of compensating us for staying ot was buying a couple of pizzas for us that her and David ate most of!

    And the utensils, stolen napkins from restroom, etc...all true.

    Now the lawsuits ... if you ever worked for Gadish properties and were forced, coerced, threatened, etc. to work unpaid overtime, jump on the bandwagon, contact the labor board (213-897-0660) and claim your money today!!!

    What happened was that a lovely gentleman was hired and when they tried to force him to work overtime on a day he said he had to leave "on time", wasn't going to work free overtime and left, David fired him the next morning in front of everyone in the office loudly, dramatically and even called the police on the guy!

    Next thing you know, a couple months later a rep from labor board shows up and then the gadishes are being sued by this lovely gentleman for unpaid overtime. They ended up cutting everyone else's pay across the board $4.00 telling us it was because "our lovely government" was forcing them to have to do this.

    Then "surprise"! We were all getting checks for unpaid overtime. But here is the thing, the gadishes said we only worked a max of 5 hours ot a week. We all worked between 50 & 60 hours a week.

    Sooooo ... a few of us went back to labor board to claim the TRUE hours we had to work ... and baby, I just got a crapload from them. They wanted to settle for some stupid amount that I have no idea how they came up with, but I said "no", held out for the award and now I feel better. Especially since they lied on me and another employee and blocked our unemployment after they fired us!

    The part about David being infertile ... I found a fax from orit's dr. that Orit had written on asking about "what is low sperm count?" Gee Orit, if you know what low pay compensation and unpaid overtime is, why can't you figure out what "low sperm count" means??? ooops, did I forget to give you that fax? My bad.

    and when they fire a great employee, or a fortunate smart employee leaves, they lie and say how bad that employee was, their work was subpar, bad attentance, etc.

    God is good and He is taking care of the gadishes, don't you all worry out there.

    P.S. Wish I could attach a pic of all the cash I fanned out once I got my award! Or I should say, once I received the compensation I had worked my little tail off for. And I'm sure I still didn't claim all the hours I put in.
