[1003] Magic Jack - Vurtually nothing

Purchased Magic Jack -- never got it to install or work. Absolutely no tech support.
Only on line chat which is very poor at best -- Went this route at least 3 times and ended up with nothing that was ANY help. Absolutely no phone or e-mail available. It almost seems this is a huge scam being perpertrated on the public.

  • I've had the Magic Jack for 7 months. It used to work - kind of... It worked, but the quality was VERY poor, kind of like having a cell phone in the middle of nowhere - maybe you'll get through, maybe they'll hear you, or you hear them... maybe not. Now it just plain doesn't work at all.
